Newly updated five bedroom just a short walk to the Village of Walloon Lake! Great location with easy access to 131, ski resorts, restaurants and Walloon Lake! Beach and boat launch less than 1/2 mile away! Home features full kitchen and has great new deck overlooking large back yard.
House features three bedrooms and two full baths on the main floor and two additional bedrooms and one bath on the second floor.
Great location just .3 miles from boat launch, restaurants and the beach! In winter, the snowmobile trail is also very close.
*COVID-19 Info: Due to increased cleaning and disinfection requirements, same day rental turnovers are not possible at this time. Also, please understand that some local services and amenities may not be available during your stay. We do our best to limit contact with guests to the extent possible to ensure safety for guests and staff.
Home does have one external security camera that only has access to the driveway. There are no other cameras on the property.

Wonderful property

This is my family’s 3rd year coming here and I cannot recommend this property enough! Perfect location for skiing, spacious, clean, and the owner is extremely responsive. Thank you for another wonderful experience.

Lovely house in a great location

This house was very comfortable and the owner provided for every convenience. All of the furniture was comfortable and in very good condition. The kitchen had every apple and utensil that we needed, there were phone charges everywhere and the bathrooms were spotless and well appointed, including good quality toiletries. The house is located an easy walk to the Hotel Walloon and other waterfront attractions. The stairs to the second floor were a bit steep for older persons and small children. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again when I return to Walloon Lake.

Wonderful Stay with Family

We stayed at this property as a group and had a great time. Very spacious and clean, and the outdoor seating area was a huge bonus. Wish there were blinds on the back patio door and windows for privacy, but overall had a wonderful time. Highly recommended for groups and would stay again!

Wedding Perfection

We rented the house for our family as we were getting married at the Walloon Inn/Talcott. It was the perfect location. The house was beautiful, updated and clean.

Walloon Lake wedding weekend!

This home was very clean, comfortable and updated! Lots of room and lots of beds! Kitchen was fully equipped with new appliances and everything you would need. Location was perfect--five minute walk to the Walloon Lake Village. Back deck was also great with patio furniture and a relaxing hammock! If visit here again, we would definitely try to stay here again! Owner was very quick and responsive to our questions. Five out of five!!!

Home Away from Home

This was the perfect place to enjoy a family ski weekend. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate us all, and nicely updated. The location was perfect- within minutes of the mountain and Boyne City. Looking forward to returning next year.

Must Stay!

My group of friends and I absolutely loved this house. We came to Walton Lake for a ski weekend at Boyne Mountain and found the location was great. We were 10 mins in any direction for activities and restaurants. Stephanie was super nice and the home is very spacious. We were a group of 5 at no point did we feel like the space was too small for us. We are planning to stay at this property again once the weather warms up.

Meaningful family time

We loved staying at this property. It was so clean, updated, plenty of room but most importantly, it was a place we could gather as a family and make awesome memories. I would highly recommend it!

Wedding Weekend

The proximity to the wedding venue at the Inn at Walloon Lake was great. The property inside was very nice and had everything we needed. The three full bathrooms were wonderful to have for six people.

Highly recommend!

This house in Walloon is the perfect place for you and your friends and family to stay! We stayed for 3 weeks and were extremely happy with everything about this rental. Here are some details: - all the beds are EXTREMELY comfortable - with five bedrooms you can host a lot of people and still have privacy and places for kids of all ages to sleep - it's very kid friendly - there's cribs, a highchair, kid eating utensils, etc. - the location is just a few minutes walk to the heart of Walloon village - there's even a path thru the woods that leads directly to the ice cream shop! - there is a large backyard which is great for kids to play and run around (and a basketball court in the adjacent church parking lot) - it's a great location to visit other towns too - 7 minutes to Petoskey and 7 minutes to Boyne City! - the hosts are extremely accommodating and communicate well All in all - I plan to rent here again and you should too!

Great weekend trip!

The house was amazing and perfect for a weekend with friends. We spent the day at the slopes and then at the house spend the evenings huddled around the table playing games and dinning. Will totally be back next year. Can’t wait! 👍🏻👍🏻
