We loved this Walloon escape. We were close to the lake, Walloon Village restaurants and short drives to Petoskey and Boyne City. The place was well equipped for cooking and a great yard for our dog!

Wonderful, small, cozy house with everything needed and more! Snacks, s'more kits, wood for the fireplace, and a huge fenced in yard for furry friends. Also has a bunk house for kiddos if need extra space. Location good.

Great cottage, cozy and comfortable. Lots of room in the back yard. Close to shopping and Barrelback for food and drinks. We really enjoyed out stay, would do it again.

The cottage is adorable and very well appointed. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for whatever you are preparing. The host has gone to great lengths to provide all the comforts you could ask for-extra toiletries, spa-like robes for 4 adults, extra space heaters in each bedroom, even all the goodies to make s'mores. The hot tub is a lovely feature for a soak in the gorgeous, private backyard. Highly recommend!

A perfect place to stay. I brought my husband and daughter for a work trip and it was a great spot. A 5 minute walk to Walloon Village. It's definitely an emphasis on cozy, but we really enjoyed our time!

What a wonderful place to stay in Walloon Lake! The house is clean, roomy, and comfortable. The location made it easy to get to town, the beach, and the boat launch. The huge yard was great for playing frisbee and ball with the dogs. The humans enjoyed the jacuzzi, hammock, and the outdoor table and chairs. The host was very accomodating and easy to reach. We'd love to stay here again.

Larissa was an amazing host. There was a minor issue with the hot tub, and she came right over and fixed up everything! Great fenced in yard for dogs. We were even allowed to park our boat in front of the house. Highly recommend!! The back sun room was our favorite!! Played cards almost every night in that room!

So clean, so cozy! My dog & I did not want to leave. I enjoyed the hot tub, he loved the nice yard. All the cute little decorations & cozy touches were perfect. Beautiful little place to stay! 10/10 would recommend.

This was our second time at the cottage - we came back because it’s a perfect winter getaway. Close to ski and snowboarding, downtown Petoskey, shops and restaurants yet with a very cozy and private feel. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and everything is thought of to make the stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

This Walloon Lake cottage is in a great location, close to Boyne Mountain and Petoskey. We enjoyed the hot tub and the large fenced yard for our dog. We had everything we needed for our stay and we really appreciated the extra touches such as the smore making ingredients and hot chocolate. We would definitely stay at the cottage again.

We really enjoyed our visit. House was clean and reflected the images shown in listing. Quick 5 minute walk from town allowed for quick access to enjoy all Walloon has to offer.

Lovely place with wonderful amenities. Planning on staying here again sometime. The bathroom is so beautiful. Love the hanging plant. We came here when there was a couple feet of snow still. Everything was shoveled and neat. Coziest cabin. Thank you for opening up your home to us.

Excellent location, close to Boyne and Petoskey. Cozy house that felt larger than the pictures represented. Extras provided including beach towels, s’more supplies, hair dryer, robes and spice cupboard. Felt like home away from home

The cottage is in a great location - easy walking to the beach and great food! The hosts have thought of all the little details to make the stay memorable. Will definitely stay again!

Unfortunately, my vehicle broke down on the interstate approximately 1.5 hours from our stay. I immediately contacted the owner and she was gracious, supportive, and flexible. For these reasons alone, I highly recommend supporting this family! Providing patronage to great people is the way we keep kindness and humanity thriving.

The cottage was absolutely great. We traveled with our two dogs and the fenced in yard gave us peace of mind. The cottage has everything that you could think of - kayaks, hot tub, fire pit. We had a wonderful stay and Adam and Larissa were incredible hosts.
