We can accommodate parking for trailered boats, and snowmobiles on site! The kitchen is professionally designed, fully stocked with space to prepare meals for large groups. A convenient bar area with a shaker set, and a variety of glass ware to make and enjoy your favorite cocktails. Keep your local wine at the perfect temperature in the wine cooler after visiting two great wineries just a mile away! Enjoy a large back deck and yard for the whole family with Bluetooth speakers, new 7 person hot tub (always deep cleaned between guests), fire-pit, outdoor games already set-up. We feature a game room for everyone with ping-pong, foosball, arcade games and much more! This property is ideal for all seasons, whether you are site-seeing, visiting wineries, fishing on Walloon Lake or Skiing at Boyne or Nubs! You'll have all the ingredients for an unforgettable Up North getaway!

Great Place! Convenient and Clean

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as depicted in the listing. It was very clean and well appointed. While we didn't have time to use the hot tub and fire pit, they both looked great. We would stay here again.

Amazing Retreat !!

The owners have thought of every detail. This retreat is close to all the local area attractions. Plenty of space as both levels are fully finished. The hot tub is perfect for the family. Don’t hesitate to stay and relax with every amenity in the clean retreat.

Colorado family visit to the area.

Their attention to detail and our special needs was more than exceeded and appreciated. From outside to inside, the home was well appointed. The location was perfect for our day trips as well as downtime with the grandchildren. The beach/park nearby was the hit of their trip. This was a great getaway for our family!

Perfect Getaway

Thank you so much for having us! This home is absolutely beautiful and offers so much to do! The house was clean, welcoming, and relaxing! The house is very spacious and the beds are so comfortable! We will definitely be coming back to stay again! Whether you plan to go play tourist or stay at the house all weekend it has the perfect location.

EXCELLENT CHOICE TO STAY AT

We thoroughly enjoyed the VRBO that we stayed in. It was extremely clean. It was very nice. Lots of extra amenities and dealing with our host Dan was spectacular & a pleasure . One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in!!

We stayed in this gorgeous property for 4 nights for my son’s wedding. It was a perfect location for the venue. Not only the location was amazing, they thought if everything you’d need for your stay! They supplied coffee, creamer, toothbrush, tooth paste, hair dryer, every utensil you’d ever need in the kitchen, games for the kids and more. The hosts were so very attentive and in constant communication with us during the stay. The place truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be renting again when we have a large group with us again. It was the most amazing 4 days!

Spring break!

This house was perfect for me and my family. The kitchen was fully stocked and all essentials were provided. The host is very prompt at answering any questions. My kids loved the bunk room with all the games. Location was very close to town and so many sites and attractions within a short distance. We would definitely book this home again!

Wonderful Fall Getaway!!!

The house was everything we were looking for. It was perfect for our trip with friends and their significant others. It was the perfect size for our group of 8. You didn’t feel crowded at all. The hose was excellent. The host checked in on us, via text, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended and would come back!!!

Girls Ski Trip

This property is at an ideal location for skiing at both the Highlands and Boyne Mountain. Was perfect for our group of 6 for an awesome ski trip. The house was very clean, kitchen worked well to cook all our meals in, and the hot tub was a bit hit with the group. One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in for my annual ski trips!! The host does a great job communicating and making sure everything is stress free during the trip. Big thanks for an amazing girls trip!

AMAZING property! Exceeded expectations

If you are looking for a great place to stay in the Petoskey area, look no further! The house was incredible. Loved the decor and all the special touches (a lot of attention to detail). The service provided by the Host was 5 star! We actually ended up staying in and enjoying the beautiful property, hot tub and tranquillity. Whether you are looking for a get-a-way for 2 or a family, I would highly recommend this property. We will be back!

Explore Northern Michigan

We had a wonderful stay, and enjoyed the proximity of the property to many up north attractions and the complete serenity of the backyard. We were surrounded by woods, there was a hot tub, a great fire pit with dry wood ready to start and burn, an area for the kids to play badminton and we really enjoyed the outdoor lights. The beds were all very comfortable and the house has something inside for everyone from a stocked kitchen to a game room in the basement. Sun or ski we will come back to this spot! Thanks to the wonderful hosts Dan and Christy

Ski trip

We did a Family/ Friends Ski Trip and the house was perfect and very clean! The Kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had with a VRBO. My brother in law loved the griddle for the stove. The family room had plenty of seats for us to sit together and watch football or play games. The hot tub was a perfect way to end the day after being on the slopes. The beds were all comfortable and the college kids loved the basement.We willDefinitely rent again. Thanks for a great weekend

Winter weekend

Our group was supposed to go up and ski, unfortunately Mother Nature did not allow that to happen. Instead we enjoyed downtown Petosky and went to a brewery. Dan was fantastic to work with. I had to reach out about a few things and he quickly got back to me. The house was perfect for our group. Young teens/college kids loved the basement. The ping pong table/ arcade was a huge hit ( my nephew broke the record for PAC Man so he was happy) The back yard is beautiful. We used the hot tub and fire pit. Thanks Dan for a fun weekend UP NORTH.

We wanted to find a beautiful property with a layout that is easy to entertain family and friends. We think that the large space, with just the right amount of sun, and shade will be ideal for everyone.

We have a private yet convently home located on a 2-acre corner lot that is partially wooded with a large private yard for everyone to feel comfortable. We also have a hill for sledding in the winter time!
