What a wonderful place to stay! Delightful 3 bed, 2.5 bath in the heart of Saratoga Springs. A short walk to Broadway or a stone's throw to the Saratoga Race Track! Come and enjoy a taste of rich Saratoga history in this lovely Victorian in the heart of town. The unit is approximately 2100 sq ft and there is lots of space to stretch out and relax. From the luxuriously appointed master bed to the spacious kitchen and living room with modern, comfortable furniture and a fireplace.

We loved our stay - the kitchen had everything we needed - the rooms were spacious and comfortable for relaxing in the evening together as a family - the location was fantastic as it was close to the track and town - the host was excellent with communication! We would definitely stay again when we visit Saratoga!

Our stay was an absolute joy! We have been visiting Saratoga for 25 years and this was by far our best accomodations. Vin was a great host and responded immediately. The house was neat and clean and comfortable. Great location. Highly recommend. Will stay again!

Great property, clean, top of the line household goods and appliances. The house is also in a fantastic location. The host VIN was accessible and very friendly as we had to contact him with questions on access which he addressed immediately. Great experience— highly recommended.

Lovely house, well-kept, in a great neighborhood (Indian restaurant next door serves the best Indian food I've ever had). All of us had a fine time.

Great location!

We have rented in the area before and found this location and property to be a gem! It was particularly clean and very well stocked and the owner was very helpful with a very modest issue which was quickly addressed. I would recommend a stay here.

The location is outstanding and the home is just beautiful. The host is super responsive and a delightful person. Our family of four felt right at home. It was a rainy weekend so we stayed in a lot but we had plenty of space, the fireplace was cozy, and didn't need for anything. The kitchen is well stocked, the appliances are high end, it's definitely a cook's kitchen. The host was able to grant us a late check out and was very accommodating. There is a wonderful Indian restaurant right next door and the Bread Basket Bakery with great coffee just a few blocks away. We really loved being able to walk everywhere. Also super close to the race track and the State Park. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Outstanding Place to spend time in Saratoga Springs

Vin's place is so warm and cozy. Every detail was impeccable and what was most important to myself, my wife, and our freinds was the comfortable beds. His place is so close to the best restaurants and to the racetrack. I would stay here again and can't wait to return.

Lovely home in Saratoga

We were in Saratoga for the Belmont Festival long weekend. The house is in the perfect location. Easy to walk to track and to town. Vin, our host, checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was fine. We had a great time and enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the house.

Perfectly located, comfortable home

This VRBO is the perfect location as it is walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs, as well as many other attractions. It is fully stocked with everything you might need from the large eat in kitchen, to cozy living room with fireplace, and ample room in comfy bedrooms. The owner is exceedingly helpful and readily available.

Family Reunion at the Races

The home is lovely and a perfect location for guests who want to walk to the racetrack and guests who want to walk to Broadway or Congress Park. Also there is a deli on the corner that has great breakfast and lunch specials. For the lovers of Indian food the home is next door to an Indian restaurant.

Beautiful Victorian in the heart of Saratoga

What a wonderful property! Stayed with some friends for a nice relaxing weekend in Saratoga. The house couldn’t have been more perfect. The fully stocked kitchen was the cherry on top! Vin was a wonderful host and in contact if we needed anything. I have no complaints, it really was that wonderful! We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Saratoga getaway

This was the perfect home for our family vacation in Saratoga! The owner is so incredibly accommodating, is always available via text or phone call, provides absolutely everything you need at the house and maintains a beautiful home! The location is ideal- right in the middle of downtown and the track so you can walk everywhere! It was our first time bringing our 1.5 year old son to Saratoga so it was so nice to walk everywhere with him. We can’t wait to book this house again for next year!

Fantastic Family Weekend

We came into town to visit family that lives in the area. We've stayed in several rentals in the area and this is by far our favorite property and we will book again! The location is PERFECT and so quiet. Adjacent to Congress Park for a nice morning stroll and so close to everything in downtown Saratoga Springs. Walked everywhere! Terrific appliances and overall amenities. Even though it's on-street parking, no problem with finding spots even on the weekend. Great communication with the property owner..very attentive!

Accommodating Host

Upon arrival, the home had not been prepared! The owner , Vin, went to great lengths to make things right. And he did-at no small effort on his part-being it was a holiday weekend!

Saratoga location perfect, home perfect!

Communication with owner was great from the initial contact until final day. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated for anyone’s taste. Bedding for all was high quality as were all kitchen appliances. It was a high quality home which felt immediately comfortable. If you want a location that is walkable to the track, the beautiful park and a downtown loaded with restaurants and shops 58 Court street is it. VIn,our host ,and his team have done a great job . The whole family agreed this is where we hope to stay on our next visit to Saratoga. Thanks Vin
