Attention Dolly Parton fans! This is the rental property for you! Beautiful new condo with a great location in Nashville. Walking distance to Crema coffee and East Nashville Beer Works. A 10-minute Uber or Lyft to downtown, 15 minutes to the Grand Ole Opry! With 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and space to sleep 7, this is a great space for a small group. Our condo has three floors. The first floor has an open concept living and dining room, including a dining table and bar stools to sit 8+ for a meal that you can prepare in the fully stocked kitchen! The first floor also contains a half bath. The second floor features a music-themed master bedroom with two queen beds. Guitars and records on the wall, drums for end tables filled with multi-colored fairy lights, and a mural that puts you front and center for a live show! The second floor features a spacious master bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower and dual sinks. There’s also a full-sized washer and dryer on the second floor that guests are welcome to use with laundry detergent and fabric softener provided. The third floor features and a bedroom that is decorated with an outdoors theme, featuring birch trees and a boxwood wall. This bedroom includes a queen size bed and a couch that folds out into a full size bed. There is a full bath on the third floor and a great balcony space for enjoying some fresh air. And last, but not least, the third floor features the Dolly Parton themed lounge, the favorite space for Dolly fans!

Very nice place

We stayed at this property for a couple of nights. It is a very nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. There's a bit of street noise, but it's located close to many attractions. We recommend.

Such a cool place

So fun staying here! The place is super cute and close to everything! Off the beaten path so traffic was not horrible at all. Plenty of places to park. Enclosed lot so things felt safe. Would stay here over and over!

Nice Nashville Condo

The property managers were great to work with and quickly answered my questions (even the dumb ones). The property location was perfect for us, being close to my daughter as well as downtown Nashville. Of particular note is how roomy it was and how nicely the property was furnished. Would stay there again.

We had an amazing time. We were there for a short stay but it was a lot of fun. The property was beautiful and the owners were very kind and they responded right away when I had question. It was a silly question cuz I couldn't figure out the TV. Smart TV and me don't get along. I would recommend this place. Thank you again.

Gorgeous Condo

Group of 4 for a weekend on Broadway. The check in was easy and the condo was decorated great. Loved checking the whole space out and the balcony was a nice place to sit during down times. The area was a little shady but the condo itself felt safe. Owner was very communicative as well so that was nice.

Great base for exploring Nashville

The property had everything we needed for a long weekend in Nashville. The host was thoughtful and supplied plenty of towels, paper products. coffee and more.

Amazing

We were in Nashville to celebrate my daughter getting married. We were so amazed at how beautiful and clean the house was. The host is wonderful and made the stay so great and painless for us. I recommend 10/10!!!!!! Would definitely stay again.

Litle spring break

Awesome Place

This place was beyond expectations. Very nice and clean. Bedrooms were cool in how they were decorated. Gated complex was great. We took Uber to Broadway. Better and cheaper than getting a hotel downtown. Communication from the Host was great and checked in us during our stay a few times. Definitely will stay here when visiting Nashville.

Had a great stay at this property. It was beautiful clean had everything we could ever need. Host let us check in early as know one was in there the day before. Would recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic property

The ease of dealing with the owner/manager was simple. Property was in very good condition with ample stocked items! Beds were very comfortable as well. Parking was easy with spots available at your door steps! Property is located in a gated community with private access which was easy to use. Great location to all of Nashville, took us 12min to get downtown.

Great Stay Just Outside Nashville

Very nice, brand new condos just outside of the city. When we first showed up the electronic door lock didn’t work, but Jeff was very responsive and worked it out.

Highly recommend!

Jeff was an outstanding host! He checked on us several times during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The few questions I had he responded to right away! The condo was very nice, comfortable, & clean.

Loved this place!!

What an amazing experience! Beautiful new and comfy home filled with great decor and art. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds with luxury linens and towels, plenty of room for the 6 of us. Great 3rd floor balcony space with a nice view! The location is so close to everything too. Our host was so responsive during the process! Check-in was easy peasy! Wouldn’t change a thing. We will be back!

Amazing, clean stay with a short drive to the city!

We had such an amazing stay at Jeff’s property! The place was extremely clean and smelled amazing! The decor was so cute and had a true Nashville feel! The condo is located in a more up and coming area, but was a short drive to almost every place we went. Jeff was very helpful and answered any questions we had. He was very responsive and accommodating. Could not recommend this place more!

Awesome condo!

Such a cute condo for our first time in Nashville! A lot of fun decorations. The surrounding area isn’t the best, but it’s a gated communication so we always felt safe. Jeff was extremely responsive and great to work with. Easy to get Ubers! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

Diamond in the Rough

Great property in a up and coming neighborhood. The condo is awesome. It has a true Nashville vibe and is very comfortable. The neighborhood is in the middle of a transformation. New condos and houses are being built all around. This facility is gated. A few miles from Broadway. Walking distance to a cool coffee shop, Crema, and to the neighborhood Piggly Wiggly. Communication with the owner, Jeff, was great. Highly recommend for your trip to Nashville.
