We found the condo to be exactly what we needed for a long weekend. Perfect location, and having access to a private beach area was what this trip was about. The only thing that I would recommend, is to possible have koozies, and lidded cups to take down to the beach. Aside from that we loved our short stay in Destin at this beach side condo.

This was a weekend couples trip and we couldn’t be happier. It was a peaceful and quiet unit and very cozy. Amenities were nice especially for a weekend a longer stay would require replacements but that is expected. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect place for our Spring Break, everything we were hoping for! Convenient beach access, pool and hot tub were great, and quiet neighborhood. Amazing hosts! We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Nice one bedroom with sleeper couch,,patio, private beach entrance great stay. Pavilion with charcoal barbecue grills swimming pool and hot tub everything at your fingertips . security.

Shower tub and sink did not have working stopper plugs for them. Sink did not have stopper. Remotes needed batteries. Outlet on wall was inoperable. Paint was peeling from several cabinets. Shower curtain seemed a bit old. Towels provided for beach would cover only lower legs. I’m over 6”5 so I give a bit of a break on this. Overall unit is dated and well worn. I give this a 3 out of 10.

We’re known for responding quickly whenever an issue comes up during a stay, and we reached out to you during your visit but didn’t hear back. We had a 2 week stay and it was amazing! Loved being so close to the “private” beach! Was great that Samantha provided beach chairs/umbrella so we didn’t have to pay for the ones on the beach. Samantha was always very prompt in getting back to us with any questions we had. Cute condo! We will definitely visit again!Marcia & Ryan

Very quiet, nice place. The host had exceptional communication throughout the booking process and our stay. It was a clean place that was perfect for me and my spouse to relax. The outdoor amenities and beach services were perfect for our trip! Truly a beautiful place to stay.

Simple comfort

This was the perfect little getaway for myself and my young daughter. Super convenient beach access, lovely pool, cozy and CLEAN living space. Absolutely will come back to stay again 10/10

Cozy Beachfront Stay

The property was clean & comfortable. The right size & location for a weekend getaway for the adults. Just as described with starter amenities & beachy accommodations. The owner was responsive & helpful, even checking in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Would visit again.
