Located at the perfect spot, the unit is just a quick 5-minute drive to St. Andrews State Park and within walking distance to the beach.  The kitchen is fully equipped for fresh seafood feasts with modern appliances, a breakfast bar for two, and two bistro tables with additional seating. Whether you spend your time adventuring or relaxing at the beach, you'll do it in style with this Florida vacation rental!



Per HOA Rules, guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent. Parking: All guests must register their vehicles upon arrival, which can be accessed via a QR code posted on the property. Automobile: $23.33 per stay (up to 30 days - max 2). Motorcycle: $11.85 per stay (up to 30 days). BoatTrailer Parking & Boat Dock Access: $287.62 per stay (up to 30 days)  - Authorization from STS Management is required before arrival. (Price is subject to change without prior notice).  PER HOA, NO TRAILERS ALLOWED EVEN DURING BIKE WEEK. IF YOU HAVE SEVERAL MOTORCYCLES, THEY ASK YOU TO SHARE A PARKING SPACE IF POSSIBLE.
