Second Wind is situated on the 9th street canal, a beautiful corner lot with exceptional views and ocean breezes. A two-minute walk to Sunset Park in the wonderful community of Key Colony Beach! Open floor plan with cathedral ceiling, large deck no, and seating for six overlooking the pristine turquoise canal. It is the perfect place for your Florida Keys getaway.

Key Colony Beach has access to golfing, diving, charter fishing, walking/bike paths throughout, multiple restaurants, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, basketball, and children's playground all within walking distance.

We have hybrid kayak/paddleboards on site as well as a bait freezer.

Guests have the entire upstairs to themselves. The outdoor stairway is shared with the neighbor. There is some shared space outside, however mostly the guest's area.

Other things to note:
There are no public swim beaches on Key Colony. There are local nearby beaches. Sombrero and Coco Plum are within a 15 min drive. The dock is not available.
Our boat ramp can be used to launch kayaks only.
We are not reliable for acts of God.

Spring break

We had a wonderful week staying at Key Colony. Close access to lots of good bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed the Cabana Club and Sunset Park. Accommodations were great. We especially enjoyed the coffee and books! We had an amazing time. !

Perfect location to access many wonderful activities. Home was well designed and outfitted to accommodate all our needs. Would certainly consider a return visit.

Hidden Gem!

We loved the house! The view from the upper deck was gorgeous! We had lovely space below with lawn chairs and cushioned chairs too! The house was well equipped and with plenty of space! We loved the bikes and kayaks/paddle boards. Communication was great with the owners. Lovely space for our family.

Wonderful

Very nice place! The home was equipped with things to cook outdoor or indoor. Had a nice community area. Easy to communicate with the owner. Nice updated decor! Beautiful decor off the back deck. Bike provided for riding around the Island. Kayaks also available. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great place

One of the best places we have stayed. Very clean, well stocked, had everything we needed. One of the rare times where the actual place is better than the pictures. And the hosts were very helpful.

Great location! Great amenities!!

What a great place to stay. Very spacious and very clean! Absolutely beautiful decor throughout! Had everything we needed and more. Use of bicycles, kayaks, beach chairs. etc were great additions. Beautiful view and excellent outdoor seating area. Fabulous neighborhood, close walk to beach and beautiful Sunset Park. Owners very responsive and friendly. Thanks for the use of your space during our vacation, we had a wonderful week!
