This property was perfect for us! A few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Centrally located and very clean. Host made communication easy. Would definitely recommend!

Terrific property… it was clean, well-maintained, and felt brand new. The owners were great communicators and very responsive. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and the boardwalk. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a great time. The property was exactly as advertised. The garage was full of great beach gear. The location close to the boardwalk was perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable. Jim was really easy to contact whenever I had questions. I hope I can stay again!

We can't say enough great things about our stay this past Labor Day! The location was absolutely perfect - not too far from the beach, local shops and the boardwalk. Ideal walk for a family with young kids! Jim has everything you need for a smooth and relaxing vacation - from kitchen amenities to beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella - making our lives easier with so much less to pack. The home also had plenty of room for all of us to have our own space while still feeling connected. It was incredibly clean and well cared for, and Jim was wonderful to work with throughout our stay. Truly one of the best family trips we've had, filled with memories we'll cherish. We've already reached out in hopes to book again next year! Thanks again, Jim, for such a wonderful vacation!

Super clean accomodations, great location, and most importantly best hosts! Our quick family vacation couldn't have been better! Great communication from the owners and super easy booking. Planning on returning again next year, this time, LONGER!!

Great location!

This was a great place to stay for our family, which includes a 2 and 3 year old. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. the owner was very responsive to any questions that we had leading up to, and during the stay. Would stay here again for sure!

Great location

Clean and tidy. Spacious deck and bathrooms. Perfect location for easy access to boardwalk and beach. Owner sent welcome message and was responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Great property in an amazing location!

Just lovely! Start to finish, this was a super experience. The accommodations are five star, super clean and above all expectations. Had a wonderful stay enjoying family, going to the beach and playing cards on the outside deck area. Thank you, Jim, for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Awesome place

Great location. Still on the quiet side of Asbury but close enough to walk to some of the stores and only a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk. The place itself is beautiful,clean, and well appointed. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and clean. 10/10 would definitely stay again. We had a blast.

Great location

The house was clean and just as advertised. The owner let us you the chairs and beach cart that were contained in the garage, which saved us some room when packing for the week. All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. Thanks

Wonderful week!

Jim could not have been more helpful. Had a few questions and requests during the week, he always responded with a few hours at most. The place is spacious and had more than enough room for my family of 6. The kids loved the bunk beds. The garage is full of chairs and bikes, and a nice beach umbrella. We would definitely choose this location for future trips!

Perfect Vacation Rental

Location, location, location! This home was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Walking distance to all the shops on Asbury. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed and then some! Loved eating dinner on the deck and enjoying some morning coffee. The owner Jim was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. My family enjoyed a great week here at this home and are hoping to return again next year. Thank you Jim and family!

Beautiful and Modern Decor with great location!

This property exceeded our expectations. All the appliances and furniture appeared to be brand new! I loved the calming blue and neutral color scheme. It was just for me, my husband, and my toddler, but we easily could have invited more family down with the open layout and 3 bedrooms! We also loved the spacious 2nd floor deck. Aside from the lovely furniture and decor, the location was perfect! The property is walking distance to beach, boardwalk, and shops at Asbury. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Memorial Day Stay

We had a great time over Memorial Day weekend at this condo. It's up-to-date and very clean; there was beyond plenty of room for us. It was nice having the second story deck to sit outside; our almost 2 year old loved watching people and their dogs pass by. It's within short walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and most importantly, ice cream. Jim was great and very responsive. Having access to the garage to park our stroller and beach supplies was amazing - no need to lug them up the steps or fold them up in the car every time we went somewhere. We will definitely be staying here again!

Ocean City Memorial weekend trip

Wonderful property just a few minutes walk from the boardwalk and beach and very close to great breakfast, lunch, dinner options in the town. Bedrooms were great. Kids 3-7 y/o loved the bunk beds; one teenager loved the bigger bedroom and teenager who didn't want to bunk with smaller kids was very comfy on the couch. Great balcony for breakfast, dinner table for 8. Laundry machines were helpful. Great assortment of beach items, (buckets, shovels, boards, carts, etc) so we didn't need to bring our own. We traveled from Kansas to OCNJ and would absolutely stay here again with our family of 7!

We had a wonderful time! The house is in a great location as it’s close to the beach/boardwalk as well as the shops and restaurants on Asbury Avenue. Everything is walkable. We celebrated our daughter’s sweet sixteen birthday with her friends and the bunk room was ideal for them. The house has nice updates and we appreciated that it had a key pad for entry so no need to carry a physical key. The owner, Jim, is a great communicator and is quick to respond to texts although, fortunately, we had very few issues. The only downside was daily construction taking place across the alley way. Work began around 7:30-8:00am each weekday and it was disturbing. This, of course, has nothing to do with the owners and is out of their control. To sum it up, great house, great location, great stay!

Great location - family friendly; only 3 blocks from the boardwalk and a less than a block to a great little grocery, breakfast restaurant, ice cream shoppe, and pastry shop. Condo was clean and as shown in rental listing. Owner was communicative, responsive, and just great to work with. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely rent this unit again.
