Home was as described. Beautiful and host was accommodating as we arrived early and let us park our car. Walking distance to beach and nice restaurants within walking distance.

What an Amazing Stay!

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and our stay was very peaceful to say the least! We were here for a total of 4 nights and we had our son a couple of nights. This place is perfect for a small family or just you and your partner! Fully functional kitchen was amazing, even though we didn’t get a chance to fully use it, but it was perfect regardless. Being an architect enthusiast, my favorite feature were the breakfast bar lights. Perfect for later at night or early morning for kitchen lighting or living room lighting. Husband and I enjoyed ourselves, will be booking here again, hopefully in the summer time to enjoy all this property has to offer. 10+/10! Michelle & Steven Hernandez

Great stay!!

Everything was absolutely great! Very convenient location, walking distance to the beach! Home looked exactly like the pictures, they had everything we needed and everything was very clean! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot in Cocoa Beach!

Great location to walk to everything you need in CB

Exceptionally well appointed property with everything you need for an extended stay as we did. Great location to walk to the beach, places to eat or hang out in the evening. Owner is very responsive. Highly recommended!!

Great vacation location!

The cottage was perfect! It was very relaxing with everything needed for our stay. We were just a short walk away from the beach and several eating establishments. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back!

All around great property

We had a fairly long stay of almost a month. This was a transition rental for us while our new home was closing. My wife loved the décor and ambiance. The unit was thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, condiments, etc... The large screened patio has a large table some padded chairs, and a fan. Pretty much anything you would need for the beach is there also. Chairs, umbrellas, and a rolling cooler. Excellent laundry facilities as well. I was working so, enjoyed the easy access to 520 & A1A/528. The location in Cocoa Beach is ideal. Walking distance to just about everything. 5 minute walk to the beach. Host communication and response was excellent. Definitely cares about the property and guests. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We really didn't want to leave. We're already looking for an excuse to book a weekend trip here again.

Awesome location!

This place was exactly as pictured, very clean! The location was so convenient, you could walk to many restaurants, the beach was only a short couple blocks away! We had a great time!

Loved everything about this house

We loved everything about this house from the location and to how clean it was! We loved that they had everything we needed for the beach and how close it was and we could walk everywhere… we would stay here again if ever in the area

This property was much better than we anticipated and located near many great restaurants. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended at the right price.

Updated, clean, and cozy.

This was a perfect spot for us to stay a couple nights while visiting some of the local attractions. The beach was a short walk away! You are nestled in a neighborhood which has the occasional hot rod, motorcycle, and neighbor noises but that's the trade off for being so close to beach. :)

Cute Little Beach Cottage

This cute little beach cottage was perfect for our small family. The property was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and to some nearby restaurants. Very good location for all things fun.

Our stay was exactly what I was hoping for ... being able to walk to the beach, multiple restaurants and shops and even a nail salon. Patricia responded quickly to any concerns or questions. This rental was equiped with everything you need and more!

Wonderful condo!

My family and I stayed here for 4 days, and couldn’t have been happier. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and everything you would need. With two bedrooms we had plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked! Loved having all the beach gear to use as well. It made our family vacation a great one!! Thank you we can’t wait to come back!

Vacation Paradise

My hubby and I absolutely loved staying at the midtown cottage! It was the perfect beach retreat stocked with all the essential beach needs all within walking distance of the beach (where we spent everyday) and many restaurants. Publix grocery store is just right up the road and we hit that a few times as well. I just can't say enough about this house. It is awesome! You could eat off the floor. The decor is so inviting and we felt so at home there during our stay. We will definitely be back to Cocoa Beach and would be thrilled to stay at the midtown cottage again. Thank you, Adam and Patricia, for the most memorable vacation ever!

Loved this place!

This was such a cute little house to stay in. The property was very cleaned and organized and had a pack and play for my baby. It was also dog friendly and has a nice little outside area for them. I loved being able to use the beach equipment and they had anything I needed to use at the house. Adam was super easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. I would definitely stay here again when we go back! Love this place!!

Not a bad thought comes to mind after staying here! The walk to the beach was effortless and short and there was all the necessities we needed to be comfortable- chairs, umbrellas, etc. it’s a beautifully decorated condo and is exceptionally clean. I’ve never stayed in anything other than a hotel and after this stay i don’t know how I’d go back to hotels. You can’t go wrong at a place like this. Can’t wait to see when i can book my next trip.

Lil Blue House Perfection!

We visited with 3 adults and 2 elementary aged children. The pictures of the house perfectly set the stage for what to expect. Don't let the Sq ft fool you: the outdoor screened porch was where we had all of our fun! This rental comes with everything you could need (thank you for having pump hand soap!). We enjoyed walking to downtown Cocoa Beach to grab coffee or ice cream. You could take the easy walk to the beach, but if you have younger kids, you can also drop off or pay to park ($3/hr or $10/day). The beach access point was the quietest spot in either direction. Thanks for such a fun getaway spot! We look forward to coming back.

Highly recommend

We would definitely recommend staying at this house. It was spotlessly clean, and all of the furnishings look brand new. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, and you could easily walk to the beach instead of paying the hourly parking. Lots of great local restaurants within walking distance too. We had a great time, and would love to stay here again!
