This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Evian villa located within Shipyard Plantation on the seventh Tee of the Brigantine golf course, is a short bike ride to the beach and a quick walk for golf and tennis. This villa is perfect for families and couples alike. The open floor plan offers plenty of natural light and access to a covered patio with golf views.
The living area with plenty of natural light offers vaulted ceilings, luxury plank floors, wet bar with wine fridge, sectional sofa, flat screen television and electric fireplace. Great area for family gatherings.
The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens up to the dining area with access to the outdoor balcony overlooking the golf course that is partially covered for outdoor relaxing.
The large master bedroom has a seating area with golf course views that features a king-size bed, flat screen television, and walk-in closet. The new private master bathroom features a large custom walk-in shower and double vanity and plenty of counter space.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a Twin Size Bed with a flat screen television and plenty of closet space. The guest bathroom is located just outside the bedroom featuring a shower/tub combination.
Beach chairs and beach umbrella/Coolcabana are provided for your enjoyment.

Could not have asked anymore from our hosts, detailed and informative. Property is fantastic, everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Location was excellent with easy access to the pool, beach & Coligny Plaza.

We loved our stay! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed to go to the beach (great beach chairs, umbrella and an insulated, backpack cooler). The owners were extremely nice and did everything to make our trip wonderful! We will definitely go back!!

I cannot rave enough about how perfect this place was! The owners thought of everything, even down to something as small as a lint roller in the laundry room. You can truly bring your bag & prepare to have anything you would need. It was beautifully decorated & very clean. The owners were PHENOMENAL!! Fantastic communication throughout the entire process. We lost an item during checkout & the owners went above & beyond to help us. We were so appreciative for their kindness! The location is perfect. Close enough to everywhere you would want to go, but private enough to feel relaxing at the end of the day. We will 100% be staying here again in the future!

This property was superb! We have stayed in numerous properties over the past 40 years and this rates an A plus. It was great location, house was very clean, updated, well stocked, had many perks. They thought of everything you would need for your stay.

Perfect spot for our family of 4! Scott and Myla were fantastic hosts with great communication! They truly thought of everything!

Clean & Charming Coastal Getaway
We loved our stay at this townhouse! Everything was spotless and comfortable. The decor feels very coastal….perfect for the location! We had everything we needed for our stay, including beach gear. The owner was an outstanding communicator! We would definitely stay here again!!

The condo is wonderful. Great location in a gated community. 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Very pleasant view of the golf course from the back deck. We had many great evenings sitting watching the golfers and wildlife go by.

Great property, great hosts.
Highly recommend staying at this property while enjoying HHI. Great location, and the property is especially clean, comfortable and nicely appointed with the hosts thinking of everything as far amenities. They were totally available for questions, and kept in close contact for any questions.

Fantastic upstairs end unit condo in wonderful Shipyard. Well stocked, clean and comfortable. Great communication from host! Beach chairs and cabana were great perks!

Family Getaway
We had a great experience staying at this VRBO property. Scott and Myla were such hospitable hosts, very responsive and flexible. We had a great time doing lots of island activities and hope to return again in the future!

Great stay at this comfortable, clean place
We had a really great experience at this condo. The owner went above and beyond in providing excellent communication from the initial booking through our stay. The place was very clean, comfortable and well-taken care of. We loved having beach parking access which was so convenient. Would definitely enjoy staying there again!

All around awesome stay! Excellent home, hosts, area
If we ever make it back to Hilton Head, we will stay here! House is as described, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The hosts are phenomenal and communication was excellent. And the Shipyard village is great as well. Don’t think twice about booking here.

Beautiful, spacious, excellent location
We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday weekend and I can’t say enough good things about this property or the hosts. The communication is excellent. The location of the unit is perfect. So close to restaurants, the beach, and grocery stores. It was incredibly clean and had every amenity we could need. We raved about how great it was the entire time and would stay here again without question.
