Welcome to our expansive quad-home vacation rental, designed to comfortably host families and large groups, offering plenty of space, privacy, and stunning views of Belmont Park and the beach.

There are two sets of the following, the building mirrors the other:
First Home (2-Story, 3-Bedroom, 3-Bath)
Upon entering the first home, you'll walk into an inviting open-concept living area featuring a spacious dining table, a comfortable seating area with a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ideal for group meals. The room is flooded with natural light, thanks to the large windows that overlook the outdoor patio.

On the ground floor, there’s a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, perfect for guests who prefer easy access to the main living space. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom, conveniently located for both guests and those in the common areas. From this level, you can access the garage, offering secure parking and extra storage for your beach gear.

Upstairs, a large laundry closet sits at the top of the stairs for easy access. You'll find a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, ideal for kids or friends traveling together. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located just outside the bunk room, providing convenience for all upstairs guests.

The highlight of the second floor is the main suite—a spacious retreat featuring a luxurious king bed, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The bedroom opens up to a private balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in views of Belmont Park and the nearby beach.

The outdoor patio on the ground level is perfect for dining and relaxing. Equipped with a dining table, comfortable outdoor seating, and a BBQ, it’s a great spot to enjoy meals outside or unwind after a day at the beach.

Second Home (3-Bedroom, 2.5-Bath)
Situated directly above the first home, the second home offers additional space with a private entrance, perfect for larger groups who want to stay close but maintain some privacy. Upon entering, you'll walk through a hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. On your left is a full bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. To the right is a bedroom with a queen bed, offering a quiet retreat for guests. At the end of the hall is a spacious bunk room, making it an excellent spot for families or kids.

As you ascend the stairs, you'll be greeted by half bathroom and an open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings and large windows that offer sweeping views of Belmont Park and the beach. The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals for a large group. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area that seats eight, perfect for shared meals and game nights.

The main bedroom is also located on the second floor and features a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and dual sinks. A private balcony off the main bedroom offers another quiet spot to relax and enjoy the views.

The living area opens up to a large balcony, fully furnished with a lounge set, dining table, and BBQ. This space is perfect for outdoor entertaining, whether you're enjoying sunset views or grilling dinner after a day at the beach.

Both homes are designed to provide a seamless combination of shared and private spaces, making them ideal for large families or groups looking for a comfortable beachside retreat. With stunning views, modern amenities, and plenty of room to relax, this property offers the perfect getaway.

Please note we require a 4 night minimum for weekends unless there is a last minute vacancy. We have one week minimums, Saturday - Saturday, June 20 through August 15. Winter holidays are also one week minimums, Thanksgiving is a 5 night minimum.

No smoking in or around the property. There is a $1,000 fine for smoking on the property.
No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots or other business use.
NO PETS our cleaner is allergic to pets, please consider another listing if you have a service animal or comfort dog. There is a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.

Excellent property

Beautifully located with the beach as our backyard. We had a party of 40 and everyone enjoyed the house. The owner is an excellent communicator- very prompt to respond. We will return!!!

Perfect for a large family reunion

We are a blended family. These two identical houses are only 20 feet apart and are literally a two minute walk from the beach. We had 32 people in these homes. EACH home has 2 king bed bedrooms with huge private bathrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and two bunk bedrooms with 4 and 8 beds. Each home has two fully furnished kitchens, decks, and there are a total of four propane grills and plenty of outdoor seating. Amenities include beach chairs, towels, and toys, and the property has garages for six vehicles. We rented two sprinter vans which we safely parked across from the units within 30 yards. It wasn’t cheap, but you truly get what you pay for. Close driving to SeaWorld and the Zoo, and there is a small amusement park and fun center a 10 minute walk north. Legoland was 40 minutes away in heavy traffic. Great place…great hosts.

Dreamy Staff Retreat

Upon arrival, we marveled at the location and its proximity to the shores of Mission Beach – a quick 45 second walk until your toes were in the sand. Additionally, the homes faced famous Belmont Park and included 1st floor patios and 2nd floor balconies that overlooked the grassy fields, theme park rides, and vendors lining the streets with everything you can think of for sale. Once inside each residence, you’ll find an open living area with plenty of flexible seating (couch, love seats, individual luxury chairs) along with a large flat-screen TV equipped with streaming service access via a Roku device for entertainment. Connected to the living area is a dining area along with an attached open kitchen for easy cooking, prepping, and plating meals for guests with enough space for multiple “cooks in the kitchen.” Bedrooms were ready and set to go for each guest; each house included a master bedroom, a single-person guest bedroom, and a multi-guest bedroom with bunk beds to host several sleepers. Each area of the homes were well prepared for new guests to visit – sparkling clean living spaces including floors, countertops, bathrooms, linens and towels – as well as all appliances working as expected, including functioning WiFi, washer and dryers, A/C, and running water at desired temperature levels. As we prepared to leave, we did have an issue with one of the garage doors not opening, but one call to the property manager had this resolved within the hour and caused us no trouble. Parking is scarce if you are expecting a large number of vehicles needing space; a couple members of our group had to find parking in the surrounding area because we had exceeded the number of available spaces for this property. Overall, we were SO impressed by the property, location, and the hosts.
