Washer dryer included 8583330435 check out the video walk thru https://youtu.be/b7mjBVIcTR8 1 block from Belmont park, wave house, bars, restaurants, markets, large parking lot, parks, 1 mile from sea world, easy to get on and off highways, no traffic, board walk patio , oceanfront complex, recent remodel , new couches, beds and furniture, plasma TV, washer dryer, 2 bedroom 1 bath, 1 plus parking, sleeps 6 , rear bottom unit in a ocean front complex. The unit does not have direct access to the boardwalk patio. The board walk patio is located on the south side of the building . The patio is pictured with the wooden picnic table .

Great location!

Just steps to the boardwalk and beach! Awesome food around the condo. Do NOT get anything bigger than a compact SUV for a rental car. Parking is very tight! Overall, great condo! Stayed for 5 days!

Great Location

Perfect location with private parking. Which was priceless at the beach. Lots for fun stuff and eatery’s around. Manager was awesome and easy to get ahold of. Great vacation for our family!!!

Great location

Overall it served our need for a great location and for the most part it was clean. Some broken blinds, couch needs to be replaced as it’s old with no support and the queen mattress sags a lot. Linens are old too. Even with the water bucket outside, sand gets everywhere and there needs to be a broom available for guest use… no AC but some old portable unit in the closet that if we weren’t too lazy could try and figure it out. There were large fans in the closet as well, but the rooms are way too small to even consider taking them out. No ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. To be honest, these things did not bother us… as we were too exhausted from playing at the beach to care. We would stay here again…

The accommodations were beautiful and the location was perfect. It was a wonderful break from the busy work schedule and allowed us a chance to reset and take it the beauty of the ocean.

Beach vacation

Place was nice. A little sandy upon entering but it's the beach. We cleaned up often with a broom. Know that it's a rear unit, with no view of the beach/ocean. We kind of misinterpreted the listing and were disappointed. But close to the beach and water/boardwalk. A little noisy but felt safe. Good for kids. Overall good place for a beach vacation.

Girl’s summer trip

The house was great! Walking distance to Belmont Park. We were a bit disappointed that we didn’t have a ocean view from our windows however we just had to walk out the door and it was right there. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This cute little place was in walking distance to shops and restaurants. It had all the amenities for a beach stay, including beach towels and chairs. It also had toys for kids to play in the sand. Just steps to the beach and driving to Sea World and the Zoo was very easy. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beware the parking spot is tight.

Location, location, location

First, I'd like to say that this rental was perfectly located and was well-equipped with the necessities. Communication was great with the property manager, and we didn't run into any issues. Now let's dive into the details. I'll start with the cons: 1. Thin ceilings. There are people living above the unit and when we didn't have a TV or sound machine on, we could hear their conversations and footsteps. But, this wasn't that inconvenient because we were mostly out of the unit or had something on to drown out the noise. 2. Unit gets hot, but there are fans (floor and ceiling) and a portable AC unit. The AC unit seemed to generate more hot air than cool air. (I think there's a piece missing on the back.) We kept the door open in the evening to bring in the cool breeze, which was fine until we started smelling cigarette smoke. Pros 1. Parking situatuon is so-so, but hey, at least there's parking.There's a spot in front of the unit that shares a space with the next-door neighbor. The space is fine if you and the neighbor have small cars. If you have an SUV or larger, it may be a tight squeeze. We got lucky because there was no one there when we parked so I was able to adjust the SUV to park as close as we could to the wall. When we left, there was a small car parked next to us, so we had to pull out of the space to pack the passenger sides of the car. There is a tandem 3-spot parking spot shared with the neighbors, first come first serve. This is more inconvenient, though, because you could be blocked by 1 or 2 cars, or you could be blocking someone and be asked to move. 2. Beautifully located. Once we parked, we didn't have to use the car once, because the beach was right there and all the shops, activities, and restaurants were right there. 3. Greatly furnished. Everything we needed was there, including a Keurig, dishes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, beds, couch, TV with basic cable, and beach supplies (chair, sand toys, boogie board). I wish I knew about the beach supplies before buying ours. 4. Easy-to-follow instructions. Again, the communication was great with the property manager and we were able to get in and find the unit without issues. We got to the property about 30 minutes before check-in and the manager was great about letting us go in early and responded quickly. Overall, I'd be happy to stay here again.

Perfect location for a family!

My family of 4 (parents,teen and toddler) loved staying in this mission beach rental. Literally steps to the boardwalk, restaurants, bars and Belmont park. The layout was perfect to play games and cook meals. We literally didn’t get in our car the entire stay. We will absolutely be back!

Great location

Highly recommend. Location was great. Enjoyed the beach, very short walk to Belmont park, quick drive to zoo. Communication with Host was excellent.

Fantastic location!

The place is great and the property manager is very responsive and communicative. Amazing tacos, pizza an Belmont Park just steps away, not to mention the amazing beach!

LOCATION IS EVERYTHING

GREAT LOCATION. Our boys appreciated having body surfing boards there and ready to use. Being able to walk to everything as far as food, Starbucks, Belmont park, the Beach changes alot. Overall a great trip.

Perfect location

Perfect location, everything was walking distance. The only complaint I had was that some of the pillow cases where pretty dirty and kept finding long black hair strings all over some of the sheets. Also they did install a new glass sliding door but it seems to not stay closed properly while showering, it keeps sliding open.

Wonderful time

It was amazing being so close to the beach. Awesome communication with property and very accommodating. Super cute place with some extras (snacks and beach towels). I’m glad it got cool at night as we are air conditioning people. Thank you for the fans. We definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We had a fantastic stay and loved being SO close to everything! You are on the boardwalk, less than 5 minute walk from Belmont park and shopping/restaurants. It is the perfect location. We had just enough room for our party of 5 ( 4 adults and 1 child). The kitchen is a little small with not a lot of prep room if you do plan on cooking but is an easy work around for everything else there is to offer (location, location, location). The parking spot in front of the unit can be tight, depending on the size of your neighbors car (we both had mid size/larger suvs) so we opted to use the tandem parking, which was a life saver). This property has everything you need in the home for a great beach vacation and not have to worry about anything!

Wonderful stay for 4 adults and 2 kids

Phenomenal communication. William responded within seconds for any questions we had. Very very clean for being a beachside location. We all had a bed to sleep in! Typically the kids are on a pullout couch in vrbos but they had beds! Beds were very comfortable. Bath towels were thick and soft. There was even separate beach towels and beach toys! Kitchen was efficient and plenty of provided items. We had a wonderful time being right on the beach! The atmosphere is lively and fun! Would rent again! Thank you so much!
