We had another fantastic vacation at Whistletop with our two families and kids (8, 7, 6, 4). The stunning ocean views and proximity to the beach are unbeatable. Any questions for the host were quickly answered. We can’t wait for our next visit!

No words to describe how perfect our week here was. The proximity to the beach, the views from the house, the amount of space. Our goal will be to forever rent this house going forward.

Art was a great host. The house was great. Amazing views and perfect walk to beach. Close to town. House came with everything you would need. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Art's home! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great — close to beach and town. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay again.

We loved this house and its awesome location! The views from the family room are unrivaled and the access to beach is so convenient. Art was super responsive and so was his property manager. The location of the two first level rooms make things a little tricky with young kids if they wake in the night, so just keep that in mind.

Montauk week

The house was amazing and made the vacation significantly better. The views are incredible and the location is prime. I would love to stay again in the future. Art was also very helpful and communicated well before and throughout the stay. Overall a great experience!

This house is absolutely breathtaking! It’s in the perfect spot in town, close to all the best restaurants, shops, etc., you can see whales, dolphins and sea lions from the upper level of the house. This house is perfect for families and has a great layout. Ive been renting in Montauk for about 8-9 years now and this house was definitely one of my favorites! This house has anything / everything you could possibly need for a week with family, friends and kids!!!! Best part of the house is that the beach entrance is literally steps away!!!!! We will definitely be returning next year!!!! Thank you Art!!!!!

Art has a truly special house with unbelievable Montauk views. The house is very spacious and worked very well for our family of 5 but could easily accommodate 3/4 couples or extended family members. There are multiple stair cases so it may not be great for older folks but the quick walk to the beach was exactly what we were looking for! We hope to return in the future.

Trip to Montauk

Art was a wonderful host and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The house was equally as awesome and exactly what we were looking for. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Stunning views, beautiful house & amazing owner!

Our stay in Montauk was amazing! The pictures do not do the house justice. Art was more than responsive with check in and questions. The beach, town and restaurants are all super close. Incredible location! Plenty of rooms and space for our family to have their own space and feel comfortable. We will definitely be back!
