Easy and convenient off-street parking. Close to the Farmers Market area and really convenient to the action in the main town square. Really nice but as advertised the bed is in a low ceiling loft area, not a big deal to me but others may wish to take notice as to not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay and liked having the option of a dining table, a bed and a comfortable sofa bed to stretch out and watch TV. I was worried that the loft bed was going to be claustrophobic, but we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was. This is the second time we’ve stayed on this property (different unit) and we’ve had a pleasant experience both times. Only wish check out was at 11am!

This is the second time we stayed at Closson. Unit A is larger than the other apartments. Regardless of which unit, the rooms are excellent! The space is clean, beds are comfortable, and the location is very good!

Fun in Santa Fe

Excellent location and charming apartment. We enjoyed the courtyard, kitchen, and the ease of getting around town - especially the Railyard District and the Plaza. The host was communicative and very responsive.

Clean. Good water pressure. Okay if you just want a place to spend the night. No electric outlet beside the bed for charging your phone. Only the kitchen has been renovated. Furniture is just okay.

Immersive and Authentic

This little adobe home was perfectly distanced from the square and other important sites for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, including good coffee. It also had single-use shampoos, conditioners, and body wash, which we learned was an important thoughtful detail.Weather was very cold our first day, and we learned the timer in the bathroom on the wall starts the heat lamp, which makes a wonderful difference.Thanks for such a great stay!

Nice, Quiet, and convenient.

This is a nice little place. The loft bed was very comfy as well as most of the furnishings. It is very cozy and comfortable. Walking to the square and shopping takes 10-15 minutes. (Bring extra cash for homeless). I would recommend bringing extra water for coffee, cooking, etc. Didn't expect to use the couch bed but my 14 yrd old teen is too cool to share a bed so I tried it and ended up on a sleeping bag and camping mattress on the floor. I would like to compliment the owners on their communication and cleanliness. This place is perfect for couples. I would bring my wife here in a heartbeat.

This is a very nice location, a short distance from Santa Fe plaza and Santa Fe Convention Center (about a 15 minute walk). The property is very clean and well maintained. Only drawbacks would be that the loft bed space is so close to the ceiling that one must crawl into the bed to sleep because it is impossible to stand in that space. I found that uncomfortable and a bit claustrophobic and chose to sleep on the couch instead most of the nights I was there. Also there seemed to be no WIFI link available, or if there was I was not informed of it. And I would have like to have some coffee available in the unit. There was a coffee making machine but no coffee to use with it. Because I was not with a car, and there are no stores nearby I couldn't get coffee or groceries easily. However, I did find a nice coffee shop and breakfast restaurant around the corner a five minute walk on Aqua Fria Street. I would recommend that a sheet with info on nearby restaurants etc be added to the unit for guests information. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay near central SFe for a single traveller. I am not sure that the cramped loft bed space would suit a couple!

Excellent location close to downtown, and The Railyard is just a short walk from the Vrbo. It's a great neighborhood and an adorable street. For some unknown reason, I did not receive the email with the specifics of the check-in information (key code to enter), and tried contacting the listed host "Charles" through the Vrbo app--twice--with no response. This was at 8 p.m. after an 8-hour day of driving, so I was pretty exhausted. I finally called Vrbo which gave me contact info to reach "Charles" directly. Turns out "Charles" is a property management company and not an individual. When I called the contact number, it was "after hours", so I had to call another number for their emergency services where I finally reached a human. This person was very kind and helpful and confirmed that for some reason the check-in email had not been sent, apologized, and emailed me the check-in info. I was able to successfully get in...but it was about 9:00 p.m. by that time and I still needed some dinner. The casita is cute and very clean. The gated entry space with trees is nice and adds privacy, If you are thinking of making meals, the kitchen is not well-appointed for that purpose...a few pots and pans and bare minimum of other cooking utensils/bowls (no measuring cups or spoons), but there are 4 plates, bowls, glasses and eating utensils. Other than not cooking some meals, as we had hoped, our stay was comfortable. While headroom is low, the lofted bed is quite comfy.

Clean home. Good communication with realtor. The bed was terrible. Basically a loft with a mattress

Clean but simple good experience with the renter who had good instructions in the house but a miserable sleeping experience with just a mattress on the floor

Great location

Nice quiet neighborhood! Can walk to the Plaza and Railyard District.. Restaurants nearby…loved it!!! I slept upstairs in the loft… cozy and comfortable… but make sure you are ok with the stairs and low ceilings! I loved it but it would possibly be not perfect for others!

Convenient and quiet

Great location on a quiet street. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants, as well as farmer's market. Highly recommended!
