A great place to stay!

We loved our time here! The location was great and within walking distance of so much. Kim was amazing at communicating with us and had fantastic recommendations. Our favorite places for food were all in the welcome binder. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay

Would have like a little more privacy on the patio, also road under construction, fortunately our stay was mostly over the weekend. Close to town, comfy bed and amenities.

The space is thoughtfully designed and customized. Plentiful towels, kitchen accessories etc. We appreciated the fans and air conditioning in the unit which made it a great escape for a hot summer day. The furnishings are both lovely and functional. The location is right next door to a great local bagel spot and several other great little coffee and food spots. Everything was super clean -the only exception being the washing machine but the cleaning supplies available made that a very small issue. The owner is very kind, helpful and flexible. You are in great hands booking here.

Very close to center of Santa Fe and especially close to a great Italian restaurant within 100 yards next to the brewery!

Pre Balloon Fiesta Visit to Santa Fe

Great location to walk to many amazing restaurants and the Plaza! Construction on Guadalupe made driving a bit of a challenge. Canyon Road was a must see, and the botanical gardens a nice surprise. Condo had everything we needed and was perfect for the two of us.

Great central Santa Fe vacation unit.

My wife and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The apartment is well equipped and, as a design professional, I was impressed with the design quality and sensibility. Even though the unit fronts a commercial street, the patio area provided a comfortable outdoor haven. The unit is in easy walking distance of many of Santa Fe's old town attractions, as well as several eateries that we tried and enjoyed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great Location, Even Better Host

This property is located very close to the center of town and you are able to walk there and to the museums. It is small but efficient so you can cook for yourself to reduce expenses, but there lots of food options literally steps away. The host, Kim, is absolutely the best! Super responsive and anticipates your every need.

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Felix! We were without a car, which did not matter, since everything was within walking distance. Casa Felix is totally charming and cozy. We wholeheartedly recommend this little casita.

Anniversary at Casa Feliz

Property is small, but has everything needed for two guests. Location is great! We walked everywhere except to Canyon Road galleries. Parking is tight if you have a larger vehicle, but we made it work. We would stay here again.

Hummingbird Delight

Wonderful property for two people! Walking distance to the Plaza and each afternoon the hummingbirds would come by and visit us while sitting out on the courtyard.

Walk the City from here!

We loved the location !!! Walk to get groceries, go to every type of restaurant or cafe, walk to shopping and museums. Very small place with well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Couple nights here is great. Very responsive host.

Great location close to town and can walk to great restaurants(not the one next door)

Parking can be a challenge since it’s on a busy street and wall blocks view of traffic as your backing out. Besides that the place was very up to date and very clean. We walked almost everywhere we needed to go.

Most comfortable bed!

I stayed here while I was taking an art workshop and was so happy the bed was ridiculously comfortable! It was great to be such a short walk to all the galleries on Canyon rd and equally close to the Railyard galleries. Kim was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Well equipped

Everything you need for your stay. Very clean. Kim responded very quickly with any questions I had before and during our stay. It was nice to park the car and walk to many attractions . The rental is on a busy street, however, noise was not a problem or walking. Thanks for a great stay

Outstanding!

Casa Feliz is a lovely casita conveniently located in the Guadalupe district within walking distance to the Plaza and several good places to eat. It is well designed to make excellent use of space, and feels both spacious and comfortable. The complete kitchen has 3 different ways to make coffee and an apartment-sized refrigerator just right for one or two people. The bed is comfortable, linens very nice, and bathroom small but with plenty of storage for toiletries. I give Casa Feliz and the hosts my highest recommendation!
