Studio condo walking distance to the beach! Third Floor (Top floor), private condo in gated oceanfront community with two pools, tennis courts, grills, bike racks, and clubhouse with an indoor heated pool and gym! Location is close to everything - grocery stores, shops, restaurants and bars!
Cozy condo on the third (top) floor. The space has been updated with additional seating, lighting, artwork, and a Smart TV with a swivel. Everything has been thought through to make the space feel inviting, comfortable and functional. Queen bed. The vaulted ceiling with sky light provide an airy and bright atmosphere. Double sliding doors that lead to the balcony so you can enjoy your coffee or wine while overlooking the courtyard and pool. Newly renovated cottage kitchen. Custom cabinets & shelving, quartz countertops, and new range! Please note that there is a flight of stairs, plus two smaller half flights to get to the third floor. There is not an elevator.
Please note, this is a condo community so there is occasionally maintenance that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include, but isn't limited to, painting exterior buildings and balconies, lawn care, fixing stairwells, window replacement, etc.

The apartment was exactly as pictured, but a few things of note: it's on the third floor and the stairs are very short which did trip us up a few times. The bathroom could use a few updates such as light above the shower, fixing the toilet lid (it was very loose), and the vent dripped water after showers so if you were in front of the mirror, you would get dripped on. The mattress was very firm and the outdoor space was not updated or comfy. Overall, the place is beautiful but could use a few updates.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cute little apartment, close walking distance to the beach. Everything was clean and decorated so adorably and everything you need was there.

Cute little condo close to the beach
We booked the property as a last minute, weekend getaway. Very clean, trendy, and only a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay

Oceanside Studio Condo
It was a lovely stay and I will be back! I really enjoyed the closeness of the beach, the quietness of the neighbors/area, and the ease of grocery stores to the location.

Great stay at the beach
We loved out stay. the condo great for the two of us. the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The area was quiet with quick access to a lovely beach.

Wonderful Getaway!!
The Property was just as it looked in the pictures shown.
It was a wonderful little getaway for a couple. Close to restarants, grocery stores and beach. Great weekend and Place to stay!!!

Great location. Quiet, plenty of room for a couple. Decor was nice but every table, bench and chair had something on it so had to move things out of the way to use the space. We would stay here again. Owner very prompt in answering our questions.
