The location and view from our unit was great. Unfortunately the furniture was uncomfortable making it difficult to enjoy the view.

The room was clean and in a great location, we loved the view of the water right outside the window. The park trails are right outside your room and very close to downtown. It's great that the room is dog friendly but be aware dogs are not allowed to be left in the room. The only downsides were the mattress on the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the TV is very old, the screen is dark and full of static.

Beautiful lake view, super dog friendly and clean! Our room was near wonderful food and a stunning trai. We would definitely recommend this location.

Perfect little get away for two. Clean, well stocked kitchen, good water pressure and hot water. Great location close to downtown and right on the river.

Tressie, we are so happy to hear that you have enjoyed your time with us! The beautiful view of the Deschutes river from right outside of your window, makes it a pretty hard place to leave sometimes! In these colder months, our guests really seem to love to kick on the fireplace and curl up as they watch the river pass them by. Perfect spot

Loved the location and the pet friendliness of this spot. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again when we come back to Bend!

The location is amazing! A short beautiful walk to downtown along the river. Cottage is well appointed and clean. Stunning view of the river just steps away.

Amazing and relaxing stay! We enjoyed all Bend, OR had to offer. Such a great location close to downtown! The parks nearby can be very busy however, but I didn’t mind. State parks are about 20-30 minutes away, not bad if you’re looking to explore nature! I would say the cleanliness of the place when i arrived was pretty underwhelming. Some dishes had stains, there was pet hair on mattress and pillows, and the ministove had splatter stains. Other than that, such a beautiful location. Definetly recommend,

Being right next to the river was amazing! We were walking distance to dining and entertainment. A truly magical weekend.

Great location and easy to deal with.

This place is very convenient and the property managers are so helpful. I have stayed in a few units and they are always very clean and beautifully decorated.

Excellent View and Location

The picture window out onto the river never got old! It was also a prime location with a quick walk to downtown.

Fun Getaway

We had a nice stay at the “Otter Sight” We loved seeing the river out the window and the convenience of walking to downtown. The place was clean, the bed was firm, and the shower was powerful. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice addition as well.

A friend and i had a short stay in one of the cottages. The studio style was spacious enough for two plus her dog with crate. We chose this for view of dam (awesome) and the trundle bed (very comfortable).The walking path was wonderful on a crisp fall morning. A longer stay is the only thing that would have made it better!
