Great house and neighborhood! The golf cart was key, pool was nice when we didn't want to get sandy at the beach. Quick golf cart access to coffe, food, beach, shopping.

Beautiful home. Very well stock. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Location was ideal. Golf cart was ideal for getting about. Great restaurants and beach access close. Will return again next year.

Wonderful home that was clean and located in a quiet a quaint small neighborhood. We enjoyed the walks, playground, bikes provided and golf cart to the beach. Thank you.

House was perfect for our family of 6. Great location, close to everything with easy access to multiple beaches. We used the golf cart daily, it's in great shape and easy to operate. Outside storage was stocked with ice chest, beach chairs, etc….everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for hosting with all the amenities. My family was so comfortable. We had everything we needed. The only awkward moment was when we arrived the neighbor across the street was taking pictures of us and didn't say anything. It was awkward.

Perfect for a large family! This beautifully situated house in a gated community is close to upscale restaurants and offers easy beach access with a golf cart included. We comfortably fit 8 people and even brought our small dog. The house is fully stocked for beach adventures and has plenty to keep the kids entertained. We found ourselves using the golf cart most days for quick beach trips. The friendly neighbors added to the welcoming atmosphere. While there's a community pool, the beach was so close we spent most of our time there.

My family trip was EVERYTHING we expected and more when I say the home was beautiful very spacious and had everything you needed I mean just that the pictures was undefeated it was perfect for me and my family the beds felt right as if you were at home the kitchen came with everything you needed to cook are clean with we where very pleased and would highly recommend, well book again thank you for long me and my family rent your home out 10/10

We enjoyed the extra space as a family with four teenagers. The neighborhood is very friendly and peaceful. It's a bit of a juggling act to get to the golf cart and bikes each time you want to use them with such a tight space in the driveway and carport, but it was great to have them! Everything was clean and comfortable. We went before the prices, crowds and heat were high so it was perfect porch sitting weather and plenty of space at the nearby beach. I'm not sure how it would be after Memorial Day but early May was perfect for us.

We had an amazing stay at this property! I could go on and on about all the great things about house and neighborhood but the easiest thing for me to say is the "descriptions and pictures are accurate and it's better when you see it in person." This is our first time in this particular house but second time in the neighborhood, and the neighborhood is amazing. Golf cart friendly, nature everywhere, lakes, the pool, very friendly neighbors. The golf cart being included is always a huge factor for my family. It's amazing when you can be in a place that you can literally use the golf cart to get around for everything, beach access, food access, just going for a drive to bakery and get a smoothie. :) When we come back to this area, I will absolutely be looking up both this property, and this management company. Thanks!

Property was very clean inside and out with lots of amenities. We really enjoyed our stay as it was very family friendly. We had some parking concerns when we arrived that evening but I think we got it sorted before any fines were issued. The beach was close by and parking was managed fairly well but be prepared to make some drops. The grill and air fryer were perfect for us. Lots of front porch rules to follow so be prepared for some subtle and not so subtle stares from families living in the community. Have tons of fun! Remember not to park in the pine straw! Team Burke

Thanksgiving Break2025

Love this neighborhood- Forest Lakes This was our first time in this house yet our second stay in the neighborhood. Love the front porch and the kitchen the most!
