Oceanfront property, private beach access, stunning sunrise and sunset views!

Jimmy Buffet themed home located on the East end of Ocean Isle Beach, with unique decor, open floor plan, and 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on one level. Bed sizes range from 2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 2 full size beds, sleeping up to 10 guests! No paper products, or bed/bath/kitchen linens are provided so be sure to bring your favorites from home! Bedspreads and pillows are provided. Beach chairs or umbrellas are not provided. Saturday to Saturday rental only for the months of June, July, and August, with no exceptions for these months. If dates are accidentally made for any other days, they will be revised and have to be resubmitted for June, July and August for Saturday to Saturday. The washer and dryer are in a spacious laundry room under the house. Under the house is where you will also find a shower, table and chairs with a large smart TV, and an extra full size side by side refrigerator. Furnished decks provide the perfect place to hang out and relax, and enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets! We have a private access walkway to the beach, with a spacious deck there , as well as deck space on street side of the house. New pool has been installed in 2026, and it's heated, ready to use! Parking for 4-5 depending on size of vehicle. Updates include new siding, new windows and doors, new heat and AC, new refrigerators, and new rockers and tables/chairs. The table and chairs on the deck provides an additional eating space, it's so nice to eat by the ocean! No pets allowed. Parrothead Isle is a welcome retreat, be prepared for amazing sunrise and sunset views and complete relaxation, you might not want to leave!!

Second year we rented here. The pool was a new addition and we enjoyed it more than we thought we would. Very comfortable and location is great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Parrot Head! The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach, with ocean views throughout. There was plenty of room inside to spend quality time together, and the outdoor spaces were just as enjoyable. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or sitting on the porches taking in the ocean views, there was always a great place to unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing beach getaway.

This was our third.year staying here. We had a great time. We enjoyed the pool, but all the extra steps that it added made it hard for some of our family. Except for the extra up and down of stairs it was great.Jane

Great house right on the ocean!

Fantastic and comfortable house with oceanfront deck, perfect for morning coffee watching the pelicans fly overhead. We truly enjoyed our stay, easiest check in and check out ever, responsive owner. Will definitely go back!

Amazing location and upgrades!

We enjoy staying at Parrot head each year! The location is near friends and nothing is better than ocean front! In addition, communication with the owner is awesome and it is obvious they are making improvements to the house each year! 5 stars!

Great house with amazing views!

Our stay was great! The house was perfect for our family and could not ask for a better location! We particularly enjoyed the deck in the morning and evening where we could relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Communication with the property managers was easy and they were quick to respond to questions while we were there. We will definitely be back!

Our Family Beach Trip 2023

My wife and I and our adult children try to go on a family vacation each year. We chose to go to the beach this year. We found this house on VERBO and decided to try it out. This was our first time staying on Ocean Isle Beach. The location of this house was just right. The access to the beach was great and it wasn't very crowded. A perfect spot for a family vacation.

Perfect

From the beautifully cozy space, to the quiet neighbor hood, this home was just perfect for our family of 10! The beach was amazing! The sunrises were breathtaking! It fit us great and we will definitely come back! But…Best of ALL…the host has been nothing short of amazing to work with!! Thanks for letting us stay!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location is perfect!!!

This beach house is a one of a kind gem right on the beautiful coast of NC. The Margaritaville themed house was so warm and welcoming. The house was fully stocked with any kitchenware you could possibly need. There were even extra items left by previous renters that helped out if we had a need. The hosts were quick to respond to an issue and very helpful. We spent most of our time on the beach or sitting on the deck looking at the beach. Highly recommend the hosts and the property. Very comfortably slept ten. Great restaurants very close to the house.

Great location on the beach!

Check in was easy! Kitchen served our needs well. The cleaning crew could pay much more attention to detail (my 4 year old grandson found an old piece of candy under a bed and we caught him just before he could put it in his mouth). There was dirt in the bathrooms and dried chocolate ice cream on the floor by the couch. Our last night we were locked out of the house because the key pad on the door was inoperable and it took a while to reach the owner, who told us where a key was hidden. With that said, we understand it’s an older house and some mishaps are bound to happen. We did enjoy our stay here very much and loved being right on the beach! Thank you!

This beach cottage is great in many ways but needs some updates. Positives: Great covered deck with rockers Well stocked kitchen with good knives! Very comfy beds Good AC Close to beach so short walk, great views, nice breeze, sound of waves Showers have good water pressure Negatives: Cluttered kitchen Moldy shower curtains Grill is rusted off base and unusable Path to beach is overgrown Poor lighting One shower drains very slowly Living area furnishings are in poor condition Needs new trashcan, potholders, etc.

We had an amazing week at OIB. The house was exactly as described and very well stocked in the kitchen for cooking meals at the house. The beds had comfortable mattresses. The setup for bathroom sharing is doubles share with a queen and the two kings share a bathroom. The pool was wonderful with plenty of seating in the sun or shade. One of our favorite seating places was the balcony where you can sit comfortably atop the dunes to see everything. We appreciated the access to the downstairs to be able to place our car carrier inside as well as pool floats. The second fridge was really nice to keep cold drinks stocked. Excellent washer and dryer—not at all old like some places we’ve visited. Even though the house is next to an access walkway, there was plenty of beach without being on top of anyone. Communication prior to booking was great. We had no need during our stay to communicate although I’m certain I would’ve received a response almost immediately. We would for sure book here again!

Everything was great, clean and very beautiful decorated. The only thing that was bad was the deck the nails (some) were coming out of the wood. They needed to be hammered back in. We looked for a hammer but could not find one. But Everything else was WONDERFUL.

We Just Keep Coming Back Each Year

We have been coming to this house for the last four years. Can not wait to come back in 2023. Two rooms were upgraded with really nice king size beds. Our week here was wonderful, but it went by so fast. You can not ask for a better host in Kristie to help resolve and questions or concerns you may have.
