Folly Field Beach Find

The best thing about this property is that it is just a two block walk to the boardwalk at Folly Field Beach. You can go to the beach without paying for parking!Overall, the unit is nice. There were a few less amenities than we would normally expect. The kitchen has been updated, however, other areas are showing their age.One thing to note - this is a second floor unit. That was not overly clear to me from the listing, unless you read the descriptions of all of the pictures one of which included the word "balcony".Overall you can't beat the location. We would stay here again, but would definitely prefer the first floor.

Perfect place for me and my dog

Close to beach, not fancy but comfortable, kitchen well equipped, bed comfortableViviana was very responsive when there was an issue with the dishwasher , which was promptly fixed. The microwave died but they immediately brought another. I could never get Spectrum to work even after Viviana tried to show me. Directions left in binder do not work. I would stay here again even if I couldn’t get Spectrum to work

Great Condo

Stayed for several days. Had everything we needed and is about half a mile from public to the beach access with a nice side walk. Also close to local amenities like restaurant and shopping centers.

June 8 vacation

We had a wonderful time. We brought our little miniature dachshund. The condo is updated, clean and very convenient to the beach, shopping, and all restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful setting. We will return!

Great location, everything we needed

Villa was much closer to the beach than we anticipated which was a great surprise!! Property manager was very quick and responsive. Would definitely stay again!!

A Great Vacation Spot

We were very excited about the spaciousness of the condo. It was very clean and we love the location. We were also excited to be able to take our dog with us. We will definitely stay here again!

Folly Field Beach

Condo was perfect for a short stay in Hilton Head. Clean and convenient to the public beach access. Property mgt was responsive when we had questions.

This place had everything we needed for our HHI beach vacation - great location, lovely place, quiet, convenient to everything, short walk to the beach, AND you can bring your dog! We highly recommend it!

Love this place!

The location was great and the condo was perfect for my husband, me and our fur baby. Lot of dogs but very quiet. We will be back.

2023 Folly Field trip

The location was perfect centrally located and access to beach (although partially closed off due to renovations) was good. Would like to stay in same location next year! The amenities were nice and clean.

Great location, loved the pool. Our unit has nice upgrades in kitchen and bath, however the sliding doors are so old and packed with leaves etc, the little deck also needs a good scrub. Furniture and living room sheets really need replaced. We spent most of our time at the pool or checking out local attractions so it wasn’t a huge deal. All in all was a nice stay.

Perfect for dog owners

It was a great location for dog owners as the dog-friendly beach was minutes away. Many restaurants allowed dogs on their patios. Lots of live entertainment in the area.

Amazing condo!

This cozy, pet-friendly condo was perfect for a short get away to Hilton Head! It was updated and very clean. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely enjoy staying here again during future visits to Hilton Head with our dog.

Great location and condo

It was a great location, was able to walk everywhere. Cute condo with a good layout and balcony. It was a little small for us with the baby. Little to no extra stuff provided. We ended up buying towels and dishwasher soap and paper towels. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you.

Wonderful company, highly recommend!

We stayed for a bit to celebrate my birthday, and both the rental and the company are wonderful! The rental was spacious, clean and a short walk to the dog friendly beach, which our fur babes loved. The company was super responsive and made our stay truly wonderful. We’re already looking at coming back in October! Thanks Laura and Co, you guys made our trip so wonderful.
