This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in St Augustine beach is ready for you! From the moment you pull into the driveway your vacation begins. From the covered front porch you enter the Buttercup with exuberance and realize this beach beauty is yours for the duration of your vacation. The main living room has plenty of room to spread out after a tiring day at the beach. Kick back and relax as you watch your favorite shows on the flat panel TV if you are too tired to explore Historic St Augustine. Cook up the fresh catch in the nicely equipped kitchen and invite your friends to stay as the table will seat 6 and 3 bar stools are right there also!. Downstairs also has the master suite with a king bed and large bathroom. Head up the stairs and you will realize why you have not seen the kids. At the top of the stairs is another sofa in the loft and flat panel tv. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd Bedroom has 2 twins. Located just 2 short blocks from the beach and walking distance to several of the island's best restaurants. Call today and rent "The Buttercup"!

Buttercup was a great house for our family of four

Great house. The layout was very nice- 2 bedrooms upstairs for our teenaged sons. Nice touches from the reality company as well - soap, cleaning supplies etc. the little things you might forget :) Very well equipped kitchen as well. Overall a great house in a very nice quiet neighborhood that is close to the beach. We would not hesitate to book again!

Great place - needs some household items

The place was really nice. I wouldn't have any complaints, but the toilet paper policy made me feel like I had to say something. Apparently you are given one roll of tp for each of the three bathrooms and there is no backup. If you want more tp, you buy it yourself. Being on vacation is partly so you don't have to worry about everyday chores like buying tp. They could also purchase some more water glasses. Lots of coffee mugs, but not many glasses. My last nit-picky thing is the televisions. At least one of them should be a smart tv. They aren't that expensive and make for such a better entertainment experience. Barring my petty comments, it really is a nice location, great backyard, clean and comfortable. We'd go back - just give us more tp. :)

Lovely property close to beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Property is very convenient to walk to beach and restaurants and also easy to get to downtown. The two story layout of the house allowed space for us and our adult children to not feel on top of each other. Would stay here again!

Great location - walking distance to beaches and restaurants

Great location. Was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was friendly and well maintained and the beaches and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The exterior was charming but the interior is getting tired. Pretty much all the walls need to be repainted. The kitchen table was functional and could use an update. The back deck and fireplace were nice features. The convenience of the location and the interior space made the house a win for us.

Buttercup 1 month stay

We spent a month in this property, very well kept, walking distance to the beach, the host was very responsive with any questions we had.

As advertised - great location

Property has an excellent location, great check in and check out process and is the perfect size for a family gathering. House has been modernized and maintained well - offering quite a nice space. Beach is only a 4 minute walk down the road and about a 15 minute drive to historic downtown. Lots of attractions kept us busy for the 4 day stay. One small criticism / opportunity - the living room furniture is worn (super super soft and low laying) which was not very comfortable for the adults. Recommend a new couch and love seat ASAP!

Great house for a family getaway!

Great property to stay at. There was even some things left by other guest that we found use for such as a charcoal grill and beach chairs. Did show signs of heavy use such as battery’s being out of some remotes and some light bulbs being out, but a minor inconvenience. Also in the upstairs bedrooms some of the linens needed a good wash before we let our kids sleep on them. Overall a great trip though.

Sweet Shore Experience

Growing up we went to the Jersey Shore every summer. This sweet house took me right back to those shore bungalows. Not even 2 blocks from the beach, every aspect was relaxing and fun. Plenty of room for 6 of us. The relator responded immediately to any concerns. Would recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a family or friends get away.
