Our stay at the condo was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked with essentials. Lacy was quick to respond to our questions, and check in and check out were very easy. We loved the front patio. We will definitely return for our next stay in Mission Beach.

Great property, close to everything all within walking distance. Lacy is a wonderful host. I give e erything 5 stars. When we get back k to San Diego this property would be our choice.

Great location. A hop skip and jump from virtually everything thatll please both kids and adults. Dont worry about bringing beach stuff as they have it all which is super helpful. Nice, quiet and relaxing place. Host was also fantastic with communication. Highly recommend.

Great place

The place was clean and comfortable. It was a great place to stay for a few days with a well-stocked kitchen, parking spot, and nice sectional couch.

Fun stay at convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at Mission Beach. Appreciated how responsive Lacy was as a host. It’s a great spot with easy access to all sorts of fun.

Great Place To Stay

A wonderful place to spend your vacation. Short walks to the bay or ocean, nice restaurants around, and a cozy place to come back to bbq or just hang out on the patio. The neighborhood was nice and relaxed…we even had friends next to us. Definitely would suggest this property, and we will probably be back.

Great Location

Perfect spot to be able to walk to bars/restaurants. Place was clean and more spacious than I expected. I would definitely rent here again.

Family stay

Our stay with three kids was busy and active. Having a place to stay stress free made the trip even better with three little ones. The house has everything we needed and we were amazed at how convenient everything was.

Clean, great family stay

Great location! It had everything we needed and more. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The closed in patio was perfect for my little ones to play in and the fire pit table was an awesome way to end the evening

This spot has everything you need and really nicely cared for and updated. Beautiful location. Lots to do and see. Close to area attractions. Excellent property manager. Which is a must for a smooth visit.

Love this place!

This was the perfect place for us! Plenty of room, newly updated, great patio, close to everything and great host! One block to the bay and two blocks to the beach, this house is perfectly located in Mission Beach. Lacy was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

The house was amazing, immaculate clean and the location was great, quiet neighborhood and close to beach and bay. The frontyard with lounge seating at the firepit was also a great benefit. I would highly recommend this property to others. The host was also great. Thanks for hosting us. Joerg

Central Mission Beach location

Property was in very good condition, and had all the supplies we needed for the beach, kitchen, bedrooms and patio. Great communications with rental agent including when VRBO goofed up. Could hear the upstairs renters some, as some other reviews have mentioned.

Perfect Family Week

This home is exactly as described! Super convenient location between bay and ocean. Parking is a dream (a beach rarity). Beds very comfy, bathrooms good, washer/dryer new, couch delightfully comfortable, beach towels included, and the entire unit is serviced by a/c (also rare at the beach). and THE best property manager EVER - Lacy rocks her property mgmt!!!

Annual Mission Trip

This is a great home and look forward to renting again! We had 4 in our group and it fit us perfectly with room to spare. Super clean, large patio, very well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Located close to lots of restaurants around Belmont and east walk our bike ride for more eating / drinking options. Quiet at night and can see fire works at Sea World. We’ve been going to Mission for 7 years and it was a top rated house for us!

Beautiful beach house

Thank you for allowing my family and I to enjoy your beautiful beach home. The curb appeal in the front entrance had a beach feeling and the kitchen was very nice and fully equipped with everything you need to cook or grill. The living room was very comfortable as the rest of the bedrooms were also, it also had beach chairs umbrellas, balls and lots of sand toys available. This Beach House is very centrally located to the beach and the bay and restaurants around Belmont Park. Thanks again and we are looking forward to coming out to Mission Beach and staying in this beautiful home again.
