The living room is very bright and airy with bay windows to enjoy the ocean breeze, 55" led TV, window coverings, new hardwood floors, new extremely comfortable sofa and love seat, new Cal king bed in guest bedroom and a Temperpedic in the master bedroom and 2 balconies to enjoy the sunset. The large master bedroom (17x17) with a balcony and an en-suite bathroom, 40" led TV and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom (12x12) has a large walk-in closet & 40' LED TV. The kitchen is very large and bright, a breakfast bar and plenty of cabinets with stainless steel appliances. All dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, blender, etc. everything needed is provided...This unit has a laundry room with washer/dryer. This is a secure building and cameras in common areas - hallway, staircase, lobby and garage. There is a 2 car PRIVATE ( 350Sf ) attached enclosed garage,

Sister trip

First time in Venice. Location is wonderful. 2 blocks from beach and boardwalk. Also close to restaurants and shopping. All walkable. The property is very spacious and bright with skylights. The rooftop was awesome with sunset views. We did not have a car but having the garage would be a big bonus if we did have a car. Great spot!!

50th birthday celebration

Location was awesome! Plenty of local things to do and only a short commute to Santa Monica or LA for fun day trips. Would definitely recommend!

Venice Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay at Venice Beach. Communication with the Host was fast and helpful.Our family had plenty of room, it was very large and spotless. The master bed was one of the most comfortable I have been in including several cruise ships( which are usually very nice).We are from Atlanta and not use to the parking problem in LA so having a 2 car garage was wonderful. Don was right on with some of his restaurant picks and enjoyed them. For the price of a motel in the same area this is a “ Home Run”! Thanks for hosting my family and will return next visit!! Tim

Lovely home!

Lovely big space which was perfect for our stay. We appreciated the view and proximity to the beach! The gate in was a little tricky to lock but once we got it figured out (just needed to be lifted a bit) then it was just fine. Thanks for the stay!

We Love Venice Beach Forever

Host very thoughtful, communication great. Family loves Venice beach. Great location to food, beach, anything you want and need! We enjoyed a lot of the nearby great sushi places, breakfast place and bakery nearby that offers choices in abundance! Even during a heatwave, it was a truly awesome stay. Thank you!

Great location, spacious and clean

We loved the location. It was an easy walk to a variety of good restaurants, the beach, the boardwalk, and a couple of smaller grocery/convenience stores. The apartment was nice, clean and was very spacious with multiple areas for us to spend time in. The rooftop patio was a the perfect place for a drink at the end of the day. Don’s a great host! Highly recommend this place if you’re in the Venice Beach area.

this place gave us everything we wanted out of LA close to beach, walking distance to restauarants a secure garage for our car the only thing the host let us down on was the weather kinda cold and rainy for 6 days!!! he said he'll try to do better next time!! HAHA all was great

WARNING to DISABILITY PEOPLE

I would like to warn people about the two flights of stairs that you have to take to access your appartment. There is no mention of stairs in your description. My husdband and my friend have disability so it was quite an ordeal and a task to carry the logguage on the third floor which is appartment #2. The location is perfect, great restaurents and close to the sea. The manager of the operation was very nice and polite, the place was clean but the building itself need love especially the furnance who you had to close at night because it was making to much noice. The owner of the building needs to invest in his building. I would recommend the place to young healthy adults.

Great property, one block from Venice beach, Hope to Return Soon

5-star rating for all areas. Donald was very responsive to the one or two questions during our stay. He offered to replace the window shade that was damaged by a previous guest. The property was exactly as listed and we were thrilled with the comfort and location. Please note that the 2nd-floor unit (our unit) and of course the rooftop, involve walking up 2 or 3 flights of stairs and there is not an elevator. This could have been an issue for anyone with limited mobility. The garage was quite handy and a very nice feature. We were extremely pleased with this property, the many conveniences, the great neighborhood, and the communication with management. Looking forward to returning.

Awesome Location with great rooftop!

We love this location, and the apartment is very spacious. The rooftop was lovely for morning coffee, evening wine and playing board games. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and Santa Monica. This is one block from Venice Beach, so just a beautiful location.

Venices Vibes

Tell us just something so easy and relaxing about being at the beach, and Venice is like that X10. Excellent location. We loved the rooftop terrace for everything from breakfast, reading to cocktail hour. We were able to get 2 cars in the tandem garage. Beds were very comfy. Used a lot of the beach equipment from the garage. Overall an excellent stay!
