Come cool off at the springs and book with us to get the Full Rainbow River / Dunnellon experience! This home is right in town where are you can enjoy a beautiful day on the river and then hang out in the evening at waterside dining restaurants within five minutes.

The longer you stay the more you save. Reach out if you desire extended time so we may adjust the discounts.

This Beautifully newer furnished home is just a short walk from the Rainbow River Dunnellon City Beach. So grab your bathing suit. This open concept home has large windows that let you view the Beach entrance. Kitchen is complete with large center island, planning center, granite counter tops, two DC fans (one in garage, which is also insulated) for your adventure planning. This home is surrounded by all kinds of adventures awaiting. Just a short drive or kayaking trip is Rainbow Springs Head. Also, a short drive away are Three Sister Springs, Devil's Den, Silver Springs, Weeki Wachee etc...... Additional attraction information available upon booking.

Home sleep 6 with 2 bedrooms and great room with futon. The master has a sleep number type king bed, and the other bedroom has a full-size bed. The living room has a futon. The outdoors has a covered patio and more.

We come twice a year and this time was for just over 2 weeks. The host was amazing, house beautiful and perfect for our stay. The host waa very responsive , great neighborhood and our dogs couldn't have been happier when we got "home" at the end of our long days!!

Ocala Work Trip

Great property and stay

The house is gorgeous. The location has everything you need, around the corner. The hosts were amazing and willing to help if needed. We enjoyed our time here.

This is a absolutely perfect property!

The house is perfect with everything you need for a week or 3 months. The host was very responsive to any needs. We would stay here again and highly recommend the property and the excellent host. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location to visit Rainbow River, KP Hole and several other state parks/springs. 3 minute walk to City Beach on Rainbow River where it meets the Withlacoochee river. Nice, shady park access to the shallow beach for sultry summers!

Stunning home & well supplied

We stayed here as shelter from Milton. Home is not only gorgeous but a well built safe refuge. We are very thankful to the host for making a challenging time for our family very comfortable.

Great location to take in all the area has to offer. Modern Style Home with everything you need. Though not right on the river it still was over the rainbow 🌈 We loved our stay, so will you. Enjoy

Nice house, comfortable bed and pillows, 2 tvs, has everything you need (except perhaps dish towels as I found none.) I loved the finishes: lighting, tall doors, bathroom vanities. We enjoyed visiting many of the parks for hiking and kayaking. We went to Ocala a couple times and to Mount Dora for the Renningers Antique extravaganza. There were no outside chairs to enjoy the beautiful weather, but thanks to another review, we brought 2 camp chairs.

Clean, modern, and comfortable

This house was perfect for our family of three and large dog. The backyard isn’t fenced in but has a fence on 3 sides and is private and was enough space for our dog to roam around. The neighborhood was very quiet. The outdoor space is great, but BYO camp chairs to enjoy the various patios. We loved the living space, kitchen/dining/living all open with lots of seating was perfect for us and the couple friends that visited. A clean and usable garage was also a bonus. We made good use of the kayaks using the boat ramp that’s less than a mile away. Beds were comfortable, king in the master was nice. Bathrooms/showers were clean, updated, and very nice also.

I would choose another property. I thought furniture, odd black and silver drapes were strange and tin outbuilding didn’t make any sense. Also needs new bathmats, I think those were used as dog beds. I believe host needs decorator to give them ideas if they want property to be VRBO rental.

Nice place and close to the rivers and restaurants

Nice new construction house in a quiet older neighborhood. It is less than 10 minutes to most river launches and five minutes to the restaurants. There is a park to walk to and swim in the Rainbow River.

Perfect Location, Gorgeous Property!!

Everything was new and clean in this house and it had everything we needed for a week-long stay with two teens and a small dog. The location is premium - it is close to everything you could want to see, or do, in this part of Florida. Rainbow Springs, Devil's Den, Three Sisters Spring, Crystal River, are just a few of the gorgeous attractions nearby. A very short walk from the house, is also a small town park with swimming in the Rainbow River! We would definitely come back to this property again!

Beautiful house and great location

The house was very clean, very comfortable and modern. Close to Publix and walmart, and close to the beautiful springs that are in the area. We loved our stay at Dunnellon

Great house and location

Immaculate, recently renovated, modern house with large private yard and peaceful outdoor seating area. Well supplied kitchen and handy garage. Nice neighborhood and great location steps from Dunnellon Town Beach which is a lovely area to access Crystal River, swim or relax in the shade. It is family oriented, clean and well maintained. Dunnellon has some eclectic shops , family owned and chain restaurants and outdoor activities to offer.
