Beautiful 3BR 3.5BA home situated in the quiet neighborhood of Greenwood Forest, just a quick bike ride to the beach or Harbour Town! Large family room and kitchen with an additional Carolina room. *NEW* Splash Pool added in 2020.
Private community pool, tennis and playground for Greenwood Forest exclusively. Trolley service is available for the Sea Pines Beach Club. Great central location for all activities including beach, Harbour Town and the shops and restaurants of South Beach.

Great location with wide array of amenities available in the community. Spacious house with easy beach access. Pool and outdoor area are nice additions as well.

Our host Carol was absolutely wonderful, let us have an early check-in and use the bicycles and sports equipment they had in the garage. House is beyond gorgeous, what an absolutely wonderful experience, kitchen is very well stopped with everything you need, HVAC system kept the house nice and cool in the blistering heat. We didn't want to leave!

This was our second year to stay at this property. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Home is beautiful. Our favorite gathering spot to play games is the Carolina room. Furnished well with many nooks and comfy chairs. Fun sized pool to soak in and cool off. We had a great time

Perfect getaway property in central Sea Pines

This property was perfect for out family vacation; we enjoyed the convenient, quiet neighborhood location close to trails to ride anywhere in Sea Pines. The house is very well appointed and Carol was very helpful with information beforehand.

This was our favorite home to date that we have rented on HHI. Home is so comfortable, clean and perfect quiet location. All the comforts of home and for the beach were found in this beautiful home. Carol was quick to respond to any questions we had. We cannot wait to return next August.

Family Trip

Beautiful large home - 9 minute bike ride to Harbor Bakery & beach. Great house for a family. The kitchen is huge and well set up to cook family meals. The small pool was perfect and was used by the college kids & small kids. It was a perfect! We loved our stay. Fabulous & quick communication with the property owner.

Incredible find

This property is the most well appointed rental I’ve been fortunate to experience in Hilton Head. It was even nicer than the photos. Very central location and with tons of nice touches, like lovely children’s books and games. The beds were super comfortable. We hope to rent here again!!
