Beautiful redecorated (almost everything is brand new!) 3 Bedroom 3 Bath unit located on the 9th floor in the D Building. Amazing bay views where you can see dolphins swimming regularly!

VIEW! VIEW! VIEW! The sunrises and sunsets from our balcony are calling your name!

The master bedroom features a king bed with floor to ceiling windows and access to the balcony for your morning coffee and nightly wind downs. The second bedroom also has a king bed with it's own private bathroom and the 3rd bedroom has two bunkbeds, one twin over twin and the other twin over full, also with it's own private bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping room if needed.

Amenities at the Caribe are second to none. Enjoy peace of mind at the resort with 24 hour security and a guard shack entry. It’s always voted as one of the top resorts in orange beach-it has multiple pools (including 3 indoor heated), multiple water slides, a lazy river, 9 hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor), an outside playground, putt putt areas, splash pad area, ping pong, fishing piers, fitness centers, dolphin cruises and boat rentals, the list goes on! All the sports courts you could think of-putting greens, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, corn hole. It’s on the bay side of the road only because the beach side of the road is protected so there are no buildings allowed to be built there. So I like to say the beach is in your front yard and the bay is in your backyard. There are no major roads to cross-only a private road that leads to our resort, our restaurant (voted one of the best in orange beach) and our marina. Or we have complimentary trolleys (think oversized golf carts) that will take you to and from the beach as often as you like. Private cabanas, tiki bar and on site coffee bar too!

Highly recommend!

Great condo and resort property with lots of amenities. Condo was clean, spacious and well done. Owner provided complete guide with arrival instructions, favorite area dining suggestions and activities to consider.

Great vacation

We have stayed at Caribe many times and this unit did not disappoint. The views of the bay, Ono, Robinson, and Bird islands are fantastic! We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a condo at Caribe!

Condo D 904 and property

We stayed 10 nights in the condo. The amenities were great in the condo and on the property. Allison was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would definitely recommend renting this unit. I would definitely consider renting this condo again.

Amazing!

I would highly recommend staying at this property! The condo was very clean, the furniture was so comfortable, and we loved how fresh and clean the bedding and sheets were. Even the patio furniture is comfortable! The view was amazing and perfect for us being we had our boat with us. It definitely gives off an “at home” feel and we look forward to staying here again!

Awesome place

This place is awesome. Allison the host was wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions very quickly. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. We saw dolphins every morning just off our balcony. There is plenty to do in the area. It was too cold for outdoor pools so we used the indoor pools which were a little crowded at times, the games in the game room didn't work. The hot tubs outside were out of order our first half of our stay. You can tell the cleaning ladies do a quick job as the floors had crumbs that could easily be seen. Overall we would recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Thank you Allison and Caribe for the memories!

Wonderful time with our family!

The property was very nice and clean. There was plenty of room for 6 of us. Just few things that needs attention. The bath towels can be updated since they are very thinned out. The pillows also could be updated since they are also very flat. Majority of the pots and pans are unusable since the Teflon is all peeling off. We used the oven mostly to cook our food since there was really only one pot that was decent to use. Also, need better lighting in dining and living room as well as bedrooms since the rooms are very dim. The management was always quick to respond to messages which was a plus in case we needed something. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you.

Perfect place!

If you have little children and teens this resort is the place. We have a hard time satisfying teens and little ones with fun and this resort has something for everyone. The condo was beautiful, clean, perfectly stocked. Its so much better and bigger than the pictures procieve, AND the view from the huge windows and the balcony was gorgeous. We took a party of 2 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of room and we still had an open bed. The Cobalt restaurant is, in my opinion, the best restaurant at Orange Beach. Its hard to get a table without waiting for hours so go early. We did not get the luxury of the beach trolly but if we had of the beach area is BEAUTIFUL! I have to say that was the biggest bummer of the trip. We looked for a place to park the car for the beach and couldnt find anything available so we had to drive down the road a ways to find public access. With 6 kids and our beach stuff, the beach wasn't close enough to just walk to. The public access we used wasn't nearly as beautiful as the area at the resort. Other than that, our trip was amazing and the condo was perfect. We will be back.

Beautiful views!

I rented this unit for my bachelorette party! The caribe itself was very nice with tons of stuff to do, including multiple pools, hot tubs with golfing. The unit is also very nice but was not very clean. We blew up balloons and i can’t tell you how much hair stuck to our balloons that was on the dirty floor. Our check in process was easy however finding the parking spot was a nightmare! It took us 45 mins to find it! The person up front told us it was on the upper level, we drove all around 3 times trying to find it. Half the numbers are faded and you can’t see them. We went back to the front for them to tell us AGAIN it was on the upper level. Searched and searched and nothing. We went back to the front to find different staff who told us “it is there we have worked here for years and it’s there” made us feel completely stupid. I tried to call the lister of this unit with no response. Only to find someone on a golf cart who had a map of the parking to find a whole other hidden section underneath on the first floor where our parking spot was. The parking spot was so tight that we could barely fit in it with our Tahoe without hitting the wall or going into the next parking spot. The only last other thing i would complain about the unit is that the floors need to be fixed or replaced as as you walk you literally hear hollow or it echos in certain places and sounds like your gonna fall through the floor. With all that being said the unit was beautiful and the views were the best! The beds were extremely comfortable and the outside patio furnitures were so comfortable you could easily pass out in them! Definitely would stay here again!!

Amazing location

Allison was amazing and such a great communicator. Responded in minutes if not seconds to any questions or concerns that we had. Would/Will stay there again and would absolutely stay at any property Allison is associated with.

Perfect!

We went the 1st week of October and Allison was wonderful! I asked a lot of questions prior to coming and she was quick to respond to everything. The resort itself was great. Everything a family of young (3,6) and older children (12, 36 and 40 ha!) could need. The unit itself was perfectly sized for our group and had many things already there for use. It was clean and the seating was comfortable The trolley was running but we never actually used it. We preferred driving right over to the Public Shell Beach. It was beautiful every time we went and never crowded. We saw dolphins in the distance. Never had any issues with jellies or anything until the last night but the waves were coming in from a different direction.. Off of the balcony the first morning we saw dolphins swimming in the boating area which was awesome. A few mornings and later in the day during the week we saw them too. There were a few sting rays and lots of jellys seen from the balcony. It was quiet and the perfect height away from the pools, it felt like you were in a single home while inside. Seeing the sunset from the balcony was beautiful! The unit parking spot was close to the elevator and we always found a good additional spot for the 2nd vehicle. We will definitely be back. And hope to use Allison again! First family beach trip was a success!
