Great place! I can’t imagine a spot being more convenient to local attractions. Equidistant from the Space Needle and the Pike Place waterfront area. Very well maintained unit in a nice building. Would highly recommend!

The place was clean, the host was responsive, the bed was comfortable. The AC was a remote window type unit which was in the bedroom and made sleeping at night comfortable, the living room was a little warm, but there was a fan provided and a large sliding door to let fresh air in.

The pros: the location is amazing and it comes with parking - so if these are your top priorities- good spot However this comes with some downfalls…It is SO loud at night - so if you are a soft sleeper pick a different place with all the cars and people outside … the check in process is also INSANE … you have a greeter you have to arrange a time with and was told I needed to reach out to them but never received their number because was not given check in info until very late- was traveling with a child so there was a lot of anxiety with when we could check in - I would not stay at this place again

The host and the place was great! It felt like home away from home. It was very organized and clean. After walking through the city and picking up some dinner groceries, I was able to do a little cooking! I recommend the Belltown Perch!

I’ll start off by saying the property is okay and in a good location, however the rental process is very disorganized. We hardly had any communication when the property would be ready. As stated in the listing check in time is 3 we didn’t get any notifications prior to arrival of how check in even works. We were contacted by one person that got shuffled to another person then to another person. We finally got ahold of someone who could actually help and we couldn’t check in until 4 due to lack of communication from the person who was to let us in which was pretty disappointing seeing as how the listing stated 3 and we had plans later in the day that we couldn’t make. Overall decent property but be prepared to deal with a complicated rental and check in process.

City View

BellTown Perch was a great place to stay while visiting WA State. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect Belltown Spot

My family and I stayed here for four nights. It was clean, well appointed and the owners were communicative and helpful. The apartment is a quick walk away from all the major area attractions and the bakery downstairs has awesome coffee and pastries. Great stay!

Location location location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Belltown Perch. The location to many of the wonderful attractions that Seattle has to offer was easily walkable from the Belltown Perch and after a long day we slept well in the comfortable bed.

Love Seattle

Good location for a visit to Seattle! Secure and comfortable building with easy walkable access to where we wanted to go without having to drive. The accommodation was well appointed and had everything we needed for our visit.

Great Location

Belltown is a great location for easy walking access to all the things Seattle has to offer. Cafe just below the condo and restaurants within blocks. I would definitely stay here again. Host were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

The apartment is in a great location--walkable to both the Seattle Center and the Pike Place Market. We had a rental car as we were traveling around the state, so the parking garage was necessary and, considering hotel parking fees, made the apartment's rate very reasonable. Vince responded immediately to a concern we had about the toilet, and it was fixed by the time we got back from a day of sightseeing. The apartment is well stocked and organized, and the bed and furniture comfortable. The listing's amenities include a barbecue grill but it should be noted that it is located in a shared space on another floor. The building has a lot of rules, including being met by a greeter when first arriving, which takes some planning and puts a little stress on having to arrive at a certain time, which is not always predictable when traveling. But these rules do make for a very nice and safe building. I'd definitely recommend staying here when visiting Seattle.

Great place to stay within the city

If you're looking for a place that is equally close to all Seattle's sites this is a great place to stay. Space Needle, MO POP and Public Market were 0.4 miles away which is great for fast walking while seeing other sites of the city. The balcony has a nice view of the ocean and is great for people watching. There are so many local eateries it was hard to choose, but if your looking for a snack or quick breakfast visit Macrina's next door.

Location is awesome. The bed was super comfy, linens were fresh and the apartment was clean & functional. Really cool city and ‘sound views. Host was great at staying in touch regarding this & that and our greeter was super nice & prompt; you’ll need to meet someone for a quick orientation and initial access, but don’t let that dissuade you. Clean, comfy, convenient and the full kitchen allowed us to make a really nice Thanksgiving dinner with ingredients sourced from nearby Pike’s Market. Picture perfect. Highly recommend. Would absolutely book again. Kudos, Vince & co.

This condo is a good fit for a solo traveler—comfortable size and easy to settle into. However, the check-in process was more complicated than expected, requiring coordination with both the host and a greeter, which felt unnecessary and stressful. Instructions were also sent after I landed, which made planning harder.The biggest downsides were the very uncomfortable bed and a refrigerator that didn’t keep food cold, resulting in spoiled groceries during my stay. While I enjoyed my trip overall, these issues took away from the relaxation I was hoping for. With better communication and attention to basic amenities, this could be a much better experience.

Perfect Location

This apartment is perfectly located among most of the city's hot vistor spots. Fifteen minute walk one way to Pike Place Market, the other way to the Space Needle and a Whole Foods market as well as near all kinds of public transit. Right out the front door is a great bakery/coffee shop, a fun pizza/sports bar, and the perfect convenience store with everything you could need..

Goergia strait concert weekend

The club next door would t have detoured me from staying here, but a mention of it might be good on the future. Besides that the stay was amazing and everting else was as described.

Thank you for your feedback. We responded as soon as we were made aware of the refrigerator concern and provided guidance at that time. Unfortunately, we were not given an opportunity to further assess or resolve the situation before the reservation was shortened. We understand unexpected appliance issues can be frustrating, and we encourage guests to communicate concerns immediately so we can address them as quickly and effectively as possible during the stay.

Just stayed three days. Good location to piers. Climbing the hills back to the unit was not fun! Lol.
