We loved our chic & cozy condo in the trees. It was extremely comfortable & clean. The sheets were divine to sleep on. It was so conveniently located to everything, and it was great having secure parking. We took full advantage of the bike & scooter rentals - it was so easy to zip around downtown in all the awesome bike lanes, and not worry about parking. I highly recommend staying here - and the views from the rooftop deck of the water are amazing!

Great location walkable to everything downtown. Easy public transit. Tidy well appointed kitchen. Big tub, comfortable bed, convenient sofa bed. Loved it. Better than a hotel by far.

Wonderful location for exploring the city from Pike Market to the Space Needle. Beautifully appointed, very clean and easy check-in/out process!

This was a great location close to restaurants and the Pike Place Market.However, know that the apartment does not have central air. There is a portable unit in the bedroom but it blocks the doorway to the balcony. The living room can get very warm if it's sunny and the temps are in the 70's, as the sun shines on that side of the apartment in the afternoon. Nice light though. The fitness center has no A/C or fans either.Having the washer and dryer was a bonus.

For the benefit of our future guests, please note that this information may be found within listing description and welcome letter sent out to guests. Our building does not offer central air, each unit provides its own heating and cooling option. Portable AC is installed in the bedroom and it's powerful enough to cool off entire unit, if bedroom door is left open. Even on the warmest day in our climate leaving windows open and fan running will offer you a comfortable environment to enjoy. It's unfortunate that you chose to keep windows closed on a beautiful 70F day... Also, it should be mentioned that access to the balcony is never restricted. Removing security bar and sliding open the door will give you access to the balcony whenever desired. We appreciate you choosing our property and wish you many more enjoyable stays with VRBO hosts worldwide.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, a quick walk to Pike Market, Great Wheel, a corner market and many dining options. As many past reviews have stated, it is quite loud but we knew this when we booked and came prepared with ear plugs and left the fan on for white noise. Everything we needed was there - plates, wine glasses, utensils, coffee, creamer, filtered water and personal hygiene products in the bathroom. Tastefully decorated too. Couch wasn’t the most comfortable, but thankfully, the bed was! And there were many other seating options. Only negative thing I have is it took weeks to get our deposit back. Other than that, highly recommend.

This condo worked perfectly for me! It looks exactly like the pictures, had everything I needed and was very conveniently located. Just a heads up that it is in an active part of town, especially in the evenings, but if you’re looking for that it’s a plus. The jacuzzi and pool directly across the hall were a real bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Belltown.The property is located perfectly, with many bars and restaurants nearby.Walking distance to all the attractions, and one block from a bike lane to scooter everywhere. We had a great time. We really liked the in and out process,easy no hassle.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and I came up for our anniversary and to catch the Sharks/Kraken game, not the out come we would've liked. Check in was easy and the parking garage was nice. The condo was just as it was described and a plus was the Brita water pitcher ready to drink in the fridge ( it's the little things). Location was great, easy walk to Pikes Place, Climate Pledge Arena and lots of options of places to eat. Would definately recommend without hesitation.

Good city location walkable to restaurants, Chihully, Pike Place. Condo spotless, comfortable, with everything needed, elevators, plus a dip in pool! Parking very helpful to have; we had to coordinate schedule with greeter who texted timely & was very accommodating. Also timely, easy communication with hosts. Thank you!

Great stay

We had a great stay at Among the Trees. We were very close to all of the things that we were interested in doing while in Seattle...space needle, chihuly garden and glass, the piers, pike place market, etc. It's a very stylish condo that offered everything we needed for our short stay including parking. The surrounding area is very noisy but so was the air conditioner in the bedroom and that helped to drown out a lot of the street noise. We felt safe in the area and would stay here again. Lindsey was quick to respond to my questions and check in and check out were easy.

Seattle - 2 night stay before cruise

We loved the location, short walking distance to several places for site seeing and restaurants. Property manager responded promptly. The property was as advertised! My wife I slept on the sofa bed was pleasantly surprised by the comfort. My two sisters said the king bed was comfortable.

The place was clean and seemed to be well maintained. Parking was convenient since it was included underground. Having a washer/ dryer in the unit was very nice also. The proximity to space needle and the market were great as it allowed us to walk everywhere we we wanted to go. A couple of things that detracts from this property were as follows: the air conditioner unit having to be vented through the patio door causing the door to have to be open even though there was a baffle with foam around it cause the noise from the street to permeate the bedroom as that is where the patio door was located. Which also made it seem impossible to use the balcony as well. Also because this air unit is so loud you couldn't sleep with it running. The Street noise continued late into the night with kids yelling and motorcycles & ricers racecars revving their engines at the stop lights went on until after the bars closed. The sofabed was somewhat stiff which made it difficult to relax at the end of the day. All that being said the location kind of makes up for the the short comings. I guess you need to prioritize proximity to things vs comfort and noise issues.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. House was clean, beautiful and in a great location. However there were a few things that were lacking such as no laundry soap, a strange thing I had to buy for a house that is supposed to be fully stocked. Many of the coffee creamers were expired so rather than drinking the coffee that was provided I had to go to a cafe down the street. The house didn’t have any kind of condiments or spices either so any meals I had, I needed to purchase extra things for. A few small things that made the stay feel incomplete. I still enjoyed my stay except for I was told the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance for the entirety of my stay when I went to use them which was really unfortunate being that I chose this spot due to those amenities, I feel like that should have been communicated before I rented this unit. If I had known that it wasn’t in use I would’ve chosen something at a lower price. After finding this out, I went to look at some of the other listings in the building and found two units that made comment about the pool being out of use. I wish I had known that before going through with this rental as it was one of the main draws to this property.

Hi there, thank you kindly for your review. Please always communicate with your hosts regarding any concern you may have during your stay, not afterwards. Did you notice that laundry soap was located under bathroom sink, inside vanity, along with extra towels and other supplies? Did you check cabinet above the stove for extra spices? Creamers provided do not have an expiration date as you state, due to manufacturer label. It sounds like many of your notes and concerns were preventable had you only contacted the hosts for clarification. Unfortunately, our HOA and building management are in charge of maintaining common area amenities, including the pool. While it might have been closed for maintenance for a short time, it was not for duration of your entire stay and once again, we wish you would contact us for clarification and/or resolution of the situation that seems to have caused you minor discomfort. Please always communicate with your hosts. Thank you and safe travels!

Unit was exactly as pictured in the listing. It is a downtown unit, close to everything. We had some minor issues- getting the fan to work, tv to work, but these were not concerns for us as we were on the go a lot. It was great to have laundry, and being across from the pool/sauna was great. Would definitely stay here again.
