This property offers a modern vacation rental condominium in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. It is just a few blocks from the water, walkable to Seattle's attractions, the best restaurants, sporting arenas, museums and Seattle Center. This property is located directly between the Pike Place Market and the Space Needle.
Remodeled in April 2015, this modern quiet condo sleeps up to 4 adult guests comfortably, offers a balcony overlooking the garden, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a luxurious queen size bed in the bedroom with an American Leather queen sleeper in the living room. It offers HDTV flat screen TV's and wireless internet.
Secure underground entrances and parking is available on site, as well as a heated swimming pool, hot tub, day room, spacious rooftop deck and a fully equipped fitness center with a sauna.
While the building itself is located in the heart of Belltown, this condo faces the beautiful garden courtyard which ensures a quiet place to stay.

Great place to stay while in Seattle.. It had everything we needed and was within walking distance of the pier, Pike’s Place, and the shopping area. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the owners communicated well. I felt very safe at the complex. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is the perfect location for visiting the highlights of Seattle. We walked to all the tourist attractions. There was a very secure parking lot under the building. The property was clean and nicely decorated. We found the bed to be very comfortable. The check in and out process went very smoothly. We highly recommend.

Great quiet condo in the middle of Seattle. Close to Pike Place market and tons of wonderful restaurants. The condo opens up to a very lush green courtyard. Making this condo extremely quiet. The decor was beautiful and bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay at this location again.

The apartment was everything we needed for our week in Seattle. Walkable distance to everything and the free parking was a plus! The apartment was clean and well stocked. Check in was a breeze and the host was able to accommodate our late arrival. Would stay again if ever back in Seattle!

The property was a wonderful little oasis. I loved looking at our windows into the courtyard. The pullout couch was very comfortable and my daughter and I were able to share the other bed without issue. It’s small, but it’s in the city so to be expected. The large walk-in closet was nice! The bathroom was very nice! The kitchen was serviceable and also very nice. Excellent location! The hot tub was not working when we were there but nothing that the hosts could’ve done about that and the pool was very nice. Really good coffee shop with pastries and breakfast sandwiches literally right next-door.

We had an amazing time in Seattle and our stay at Kristin and Ron’s place was perfect. Eric was very thorough when explaining all the in and outs of the condo and building. Most of the things we wanted to do were very walkable. Having a parking space with the rental was another great reason to book this place. When we come back, we will definitely be looking to book here again!
