This property offers a modern vacation rental condominium in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. It is just a few blocks from the water, walkable to Seattle's attractions, the best restaurants, sporting arenas, museums and Seattle Center. This property is located directly between the Pike Place Market and the Space Needle.
Remodeled in April 2015, this modern quiet condo sleeps up to 4 adult guests comfortably, offers a balcony overlooking the garden, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a luxurious queen size bed in the bedroom with an American Leather queen sleeper in the living room. It offers HDTV flat screen TV's and wireless internet.
Secure underground entrances and parking is available on site, as well as a heated swimming pool, hot tub, day room, spacious rooftop deck and a fully equipped fitness center with a sauna.
While the building itself is located in the heart of Belltown, this condo faces the beautiful garden courtyard which ensures a quiet place to stay.

Our trip was wonderful. Condo is very safe and clean. Great location just minutes away from all of the tourist spots such as Pikes Place Market and the Space Needle. Highly recommend!

Amazing condo in a great location. Walkable to everything we needed including the Great Wheel, Pikes Market, Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. Property had an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna which we enjoyed. Loved that the bathroom is outside the bedroom so it is accessible without disturbing anyone sleeping.Bed and pull out sofa bed were very comfortable with luxurious bedding. Check in process was very easy and loved that they were able to accommodate early check in. Will certainly stay here again.

The hosts, Ron & Kristin, were on point with regards to check-in / out and communication all along the way. We didn't have any questions and didn't have any issues checking in or out. We love Belltown and will definitely be back!

The condo was very comfortable and in a wonderful location- within walking distance to many tourist sights we were interested in visiting, including the Chihuly glass museum, the space needle, and Pikes Market and the waterfront. I highly recommend this condo.

The condo was in a perfect location for of all our activities - we walked everywhere. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the condo was clean and spacious plus free covered parking! Excellent communication with the host.

This was such a perfect location! Really quiet once you’re inside the condo. Such a cute place and we had a great visit. Loved that they had a washer and a dryer to get some of our clothes done.

Great Stay

Ron and Kristin provided great communication and helped make our stay in the hub of Seattle great fun! The location is within walking distance of waterfront, restaurants and even a short drive to TMobile and Lumin! The underground parking, comfortable living space and well stocked kitchen made our 2 nights feel like we were at home! I’d stay here again in a heart beat! Quiet and safe!

Wonderful Condo in a Great Location!

This condo was great and the location was perfectly in town within walking distance to most things we wanted to do; Pike Place, Space Needle, Chihuly. We picked up food at the restaurants in the same building as there are several. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Target was within walking distance. Kristin was great to work with, and meeting someone in order to check in was no problem. We very much appreciated the washer and dryer complete with laundry detergent and dryer sheets since we traveled from Ohio and could not carry those items. We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you Kristin!

Disappointed

I guess my expectations were higher. The building was very dated and the couch in the condo was very uncomfortable. Also the chairs for eating were all high tops which hurts my back so I ended up standing to eat. This was my fault for not paying attention to the pictures. Lastly the area was full of homeless people.
