Welcome to the beautiful Siesta Beach. Ranked the #2 beach in the U.S. and #9 best beach in the world in 2024 by TripAdvisors' Traveler's Choice Awards, you will quickly understand why when you feel the quartz-crystal powdery sand between your toes, and experience the soft waves and the abundance of sun & fun at the gorgeous Siesta Beach.

The spacious unit T0302 sits at the center of Siesta Key Beach. Our private beach area is steps away from the unit and is maintained daily by our staff of Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club.

The unit is approximately 1500 square feet and fully furnished. Linens, and towels are included. The living room has a 55' flat screen TV with a DVD & VCR. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 40' flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds and a 40' flat screen TV. Wireless internet service, high definition TV channels, and covered parking for two cars are complimentary.

Our Club features two heated pools, fitness center, three tennis courts, and four pickle courts. Beach chairs are complimentary. Beach cabana, canopies and umbrellas are available for rental.

The owner was very responsive and the Surf and Racquet club went beyond any expectations to make sure my stay was excellent.

Easy, relaxing stay; fun vacation

We had a great time at the condo at Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club. Host was extremely helpful and communicative. Property was very easy to find and check in. Condo has a great view from the beach on the 3rd floor, so good privacy and quiet stay. The condo was in great shape and facilities are in good shape too following the recent hurricanes. Pool by the beach was fully cleaned and operational. Lounge chairs on the beach were complimentary and renovations were under way on the second pool.

A few steps to the beach

Great location just a few minutes from siesta Key Beach. The condo had everything we needed, And the host and the condo staff very friendly Wasn’t overall good experience without having to go to a public beach and public parking lot

Great vacation!

We had an amazing time in this rental. The location is perfect and the beach was awesome. The Gulf was warm and our drinks were cool. Would definitely stay again.

Right on the beach!

The property was beautiful and larger than expected. The lenai had a great view of the beach that we enjoyed each morning as we ate our breakfast. Our kids were on one side of the condo and we were on the other side. Felt like we had privacy. We enjoyed having access to beach chairs for free. We used the beach grill one night. It takes charcoal, so we had to buy supplies for that. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Trip

We hadca great time! The location is perfect. We loved the condo. Had everything we needed. The private beach worked out great. They put out beach chairs and umbrellas every day. The pools were clean. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. And the beds were comfortable. The host checked in on us because the weather was a bit iffy but typical florida weather. It rains and it clears up. I will definitely book again.

Great size unit in Siesta Keys

Perfect open space for large gatherings. Enclosed sunroom was nice size and you can see the beach.

Family Beach Vacation

Our family had a wonderful trip and great stay…just steps away from the beach! The condo was perfect! It was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and wanted. The beach was beautiful with lounge chairs provided. The property was well maintained with friendly staff and close to shops and restaurants. Our host, Jim, was great to work with. He was quick to respond and very helpful with information in advance of our arrival and upon our departure. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Enjoyed our stay; great location; great check-in process. Place was clean and absolutely loved the big round table. Five sisters on a sisters' weekend in Siesta Key. Would recommend this place, but the only drawback would be the double beds are too small for two adults. I would say four adults would be the maximum for comfortable accommodations.

Niece’s Wedding

Great accommodations and location. Beach is beautiful and beach staff highly responsive. Unit is spacious, clean and inviting. We were not aware laundry was not in the unit and use required a pre-paid card issued by the office. Our sons had difficulty with their keycard after hours, and when they contacted security the service informed them that the problem would need to resolved by the VRBO we booked through.

Wonderful location, great staff, beautiful condo

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. It’s been two months and my three year old son keeps talking about how much he misses the condo. Along with the condo being clean, the private beach area, friendly staff, the pool, the view from the condo, and location I give this condo a 5 out of 5 stars. I will be booking this same condo again toward the end of the year I loved it so much.

Hi! We are avid vacationers living in the Midwest. We love traveling and have been to more than 20 countries. We, however, had never visited Sarasota until 2011. We enjoyed our family vacation there so much that we decided to buy a beachfront condo in the beautiful Siesta Key.

We quickly narrowed our targets down to Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club because of its perfect location and great reputation. We were very lucky and thrilled to find our dream condo unit T302. The second unit from the beachfront on the third floor of the Tower Building, this unit offers every thing we could ask for. We look forward to many wonderful vacations at Siesta Key and hope you will enjoy yours here too!
