Welcome to the beautiful Siesta Beach. Ranked the #2 beach in the U.S. and #9 best beach in the world in 2024 by TripAdvisors' Traveler's Choice Awards, you will quickly understand why when you feel the quartz-crystal powdery sand between your toes, and experience the soft waves and the abundance of sun & fun at the gorgeous Siesta Beach.

The spacious unit T0302 sits at the center of Siesta Key Beach. Our private beach area is steps away from the unit and is maintained daily by our staff of Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club.

The unit is approximately 1500 square feet and fully furnished. Linens, and towels are included. The living room has a 55' flat screen TV with a DVD & VCR. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 40' flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds and a 40' flat screen TV. Wireless internet service, high definition TV channels, and covered parking for two cars are complimentary.

Our Club features two heated pools, fitness center, three tennis courts, and four pickle courts. Beach chairs are complimentary. Beach cabana, canopies and umbrellas are available for rental.

The owner was very responsive and the Surf and Racquet club went beyond any expectations to make sure my stay was excellent.

A few steps to the beach

Great location just a few minutes from siesta Key Beach. The condo had everything we needed, And the host and the condo staff very friendly Wasn’t overall good experience without having to go to a public beach and public parking lot

Fantastic property

Can’t say enough good things about this property. Great location, great pool and private beach. Thoroughly enjoyed using the cabanas and talking long walks on the beach. The condo has everything you need, extremely clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Location!

Condo in perfect location. Walking distance to the village and free Trolleys. Gorgeous Beach. Jim was very easy to communicate with.

Fourth of July Weekend

We loved our condo and the location was amazing. Great place and super family and kid friendly. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back. Jim was great and very accommodating, especially in these uncertain times with COVID-19.

Family Beach Vacation

Our family had a wonderful trip and great stay…just steps away from the beach! The condo was perfect! It was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and wanted. The beach was beautiful with lounge chairs provided. The property was well maintained with friendly staff and close to shops and restaurants. Our host, Jim, was great to work with. He was quick to respond and very helpful with information in advance of our arrival and upon our departure. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Beautiful Condo!!

My family of 5 enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was extremely comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The property is beautiful!! Having the private beach was great as the public beaches were mobbed. Pool was very nice too!! We would definitely come back to This particular unit. Owner Jim was very helpful and answered all my questions!!

Wonderful Trip

We hadca great time! The location is perfect. We loved the condo. Had everything we needed. The private beach worked out great. They put out beach chairs and umbrellas every day. The pools were clean. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. And the beds were comfortable. The host checked in on us because the weather was a bit iffy but typical florida weather. It rains and it clears up. I will definitely book again.

Right on the beach!

The property was beautiful and larger than expected. The lenai had a great view of the beach that we enjoyed each morning as we ate our breakfast. Our kids were on one side of the condo and we were on the other side. Felt like we had privacy. We enjoyed having access to beach chairs for free. We used the beach grill one night. It takes charcoal, so we had to buy supplies for that. Highly recommend.

Great girl's getaway location

This property was even better than expected! The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked. There was plenty of room for 4 adult women. The property is gorgeous and well maintained! The pools were perfect, the private beach was pristine and amazing! The location was great, right on the beach, and just a short trolley ride up to Siesta Key Village. Lots of parking. Everyone in the group agrees we would stay here again.

Hi! We are avid vacationers living in the Midwest. We love traveling and have been to more than 20 countries. We, however, had never visited Sarasota until 2011. We enjoyed our family vacation there so much that we decided to buy a beachfront condo in the beautiful Siesta Key.

We quickly narrowed our targets down to Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club because of its perfect location and great reputation. We were very lucky and thrilled to find our dream condo unit T302. The second unit from the beachfront on the third floor of the Tower Building, this unit offers every thing we could ask for. We look forward to many wonderful vacations at Siesta Key and hope you will enjoy yours here too!
