Conveniently located one block from Waikiki Beach, this NON-SMOKING, one bedroom unit is close to a variety of activities including the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Surfing and other water activities. The lobby offers a coffee shop, convenience store, and beautiful local art. Located on each floor are laundry facilities.
Located on the 9th floor in Tower 1, this unit features granite counter tops in a full sized kitchen including dishwasher. This unit has a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy morning coffee on the lanai with both partial ocean and mountain views. Included in the unit is a flat screen television in the living area, and FREE Wi-Fi internet. Included in your reservation is FREE PARKING worth $50 per day! Parking garage height limit is 6 feet. High profile vehicles will not be able to enter garage due to height limit.
Check in time is 4pm, checkout time is 11am. Early check in or late check out may be available and must be inquired about at time of reservation.

We loved our stay at the apartment. Check in was smooth with a door code. Everything was clean and the apartment was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you’d need and the bathroom had plenty of towels, shower gel etc which we really appreciated. There were also coolers, beach chairs and boogie boards. The bed was very very comfortable and we found the apartment peaceful and we were not disturbed by city noise. We would love to stay again.

We like the Waikiki Banyan that it’s 2 to 3 blocks from Waikiki Beach. We like the reconstructed pool and Jacuzzi area, but we didn’t like the fact that there were rowdy kids, jumping splashing in the pool and Jacuzzi with no supervision of adults or even their mom or dad. We’d like the parking very easy are one bedroom was typical. This is a very outdated 1970s condo but was fine for what we needed. House were very communicative and we did not have any issues. Check in was smooth as we got the key information 24 hours before our arrival. This is an elderly condo but furniture were OK.

Our Host was extremely helpful though out the entire process from start to finish. Upon booking we were brought to an abrupt change. However her assistance in our travel delays were quickly resolved. The location was FANTASTIC for all of our planned activities. Shopping, restaurants all nearby and we included a few days with the convenience to be able to even kick back just a short walking distance from the beautiful beach-which we had a nice view of from our room. Everything we needed was available for a pleasant and comfortable stay. A few extra added amenities as well made for our first trip to Hawaii an absolute blast!!! Extremely Pleased and will look to come back again in the near future.

It was a clean and beautiful room to stay. The 2 beds were comfortable and clean. The place was a walking distance to the beach and to restaurants and bar. The sunset view from the room was beautiful.

We loved that there were complimentary beach chairs to use, lots of room and could see both the ocean and the mountains from our balcony!

We loved our stay at the banyan! The condo has everything that you need for cooking and also some beach chairs, and cooler for outings. The separate room with sliding door was great for privacy. Maybe could upgrade that door if I’m nitpicking. This is located nicely in Waikīkī where walking or moped is a must. Great places to eat just a block away, as well as the beach just a block away! The pool / spa area was closed, I would have loved a soak in the spa after hiking but it looks like the remodel should look great soon. Monique was great about answering questions and being a great host

It was a good experience. The owner was very responsive. I had a problem with the refrigerator acting up. It turned out the fan was dealing with ice. I contacted the owner and got a quick servicing which fixed the problem. Including parking was very helpful
