This one bedroom condo has all of the updates along with a VERY comfy KING bed and a stylish couch with QUEEN bed as a pullout. Can sleep up to four. This condo is perfectly laid out with a full kitchen, dining area, bar, main living space and full bathroom. Great in every aspect

Super comfortable place in a great neighborhood which was convenient to all the great places to see in Nashville. The unit was relatively large for the two of us so we had room to spread out. Although we only used the kitchen for breakfast, it was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable as well. The host was great at communicating to us with information about the unit and the complex. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location & Price

Very clean and comfy spot that’s close to downtown. I was here for a conference and it was a simple walk to the music city center. The husk restaurant right next to it is a fantastic spot! 10/10 for the price would stay again.

Great location to Broadway

Nice property and close to Broadway Street. Place was clean and communication with owners was prompt and friendly. The only reason I’m giving it for stars is because there were only three towels. There were two of us at the site and we were there for 2 1/2 days and would prefer not to have to do laundry. Also, there was no welcome gift/snack snacks/water.. I’ve stayed in quite a few VRB’s and typically there’s a basket of goodies/water just to get you through the first night until you got acclimated with the area. Other than that, the place is very nice and perfect if you’re looking to walk to downtown Nashville/Broadway Street.

Wonderful place

Getting in and out of the property was easy. The location was great, lots within walking distance. Loved the stay all around, very accommodating! The property manager was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and very communicative.

Nashville stay

Excellent stay, owner very responsive to all questions and requests. Walked to Nissan Stadium, Country Music HOF, and Broadway. Very comfortable accommodations. Would stay in this unit again!

Perfect Overnight Stay

Came into town with a friend for a concert. The condo was clean and cozy! Easy walk to Bridgestone Arena. Will definitely stay again!

Long weekend getaway!

The location was great, communication was quick and easy and we were able to check in early. Tip - download the bird scooter app and you can scooter down to broadway in a minute! We will be back!

Terrific apartment!

This place was exactly as depicted! We stayed for 4 nights - its clean, spacious and very comfortable. Nice to have a little patio space. Bed was comfy, wifi was good, shower was nice. Its a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway and all the fun stuff but be aware that its downhill to get downtown but uphill to return to the condo. Those with mobility issues might find this challenging. Host communication was lightning fast! We would stay again. Overall, fantastic stay!

Perfect Stay in Nashville

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, from the kitchen to the bathroom essentials. Casey was exceptional with communication both before and after our arrival. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions for entering the building and apartment. The location is perfect for those who want to explore Nashville on foot. We found ourselves easily walking to a variety of neighborhoods, all filled with vibrant music, great food, and plenty to discover. We didn’t need a car at all during our stay, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Our time in the city and in this apartment was truly memorable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this super fun city. Thank you for hosting us—this was truly a special experience. Great property and location!

We loved staying at this beautiful property! It was very clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay! It was such a short walk to visit great restaurants, Broadway street, the Music hall of fame, and so much more! Free onsite parking was a major plus, as parking downtown can be very expensive. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit Nashville! Thanks for the great hospitality!

Great stay in Nashville!

We stayed here for our weekend trip and the location was perfect! We were walking distance to Broadway and all of the areas with restaurants and shops! The decor was super nice and the bed was comfortable! The only thing to be aware of, the condo is right next to a super noisy road with a fire hall. The host did a great job with providing a sound machine to drown the noise, but definitely something to know about!!

Nashville weekend

Fabulous stay. Convenient location to everything we wanted to do. Walked to brewery and Broadway (and quick Uber home). Good space for us to hang out in between outings. Plus a comfortable bed.

Been to Nashville quite a few times and this spot was amazing. Within walking distance to a lot of fun places downtown Nashville and Casey was very responsive! I loved my stay here.
