Our third stay here. Everything is as advertised. Comfortable and clean. Fishing in pond is terrific. Easy access to Murphy and the casino. Will stay here again.

This cabin is beautiful inside and out and the furnishings are both stylish and comfortable. It feels as if you are staying in a friend's home. The kitchen was supplied with more than we needed, there was plenty of comfortable seating, and we enjoyed the games and books. The spacious front porch is a great place to watch the deer in the private front yard. Our host was helpful and thoughtful. What a delightful find!

The cabin was clean,well furnished, stocked kitchen. Our second stay here and it was just as featured in vrbo ads. The added bonus was in seven days we caught more than sixty fish in the pond. Will be staying here on an annual basis. Special thanks to the owners.

This is the second time we have stayed at the property and it was as perfect as the first time we stayed two years ago. The price is extremely reasonable. The property is always clean and communication with the host is fast and effective. There is enough room for a family of four to stay very comfortably. The interior is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The beds are comfortable and the towels are luxurious. We enjoy staying there so much that we have another trip planned over the summer where we will once again stay at this cabin. I’ve been traveling to Murphy, North Carolina and Blairsville, Georgia since I was a baby and I always look forward to being in the area. Staying somewhere clean and comfortable makes the trip that much more enjoyable.

Absolutely the best vrbo we have stayed in. Well stocked and located. Pond was an added bonus as we caught many fish. Will be staying again soon.

This cabin was perfect!!!! They had the pots, pans, spices, toilet paper, paper towels, etc., all the things you usually have to furnish yourself. Ideal place for a romantic getaway!! Hope to visit again!!

Relaxing Getaway

My wife and I took a mini-vacation and stayed in Woods Upon A Time. This was one of the most relaxing cabins we’ve ever stayed in. The cabin was super clean, well-appointed and in a great location! We will definitely be staying here again soon!

Cute Cabin

We enjoyed our short stay. Cabin is nicely decorated and comfortable. Very well stocked with needed items. We also enjoyed the fire pit.

Somehow I made an assumption the cabin was a bit more remote or didn’t have neighbors close by, but that was not the case. We made a full Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved hanging out by the firepit and playing cornhole. The holiday decorations were a nice added touch. We spotted a few deer during our stay which was lovely.

Beautiful cabin!

The cabin is decorated exceptionally well and very inviting and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. The location is secluded yet convenient to many nice destinations. Highly recommend!

Cozy Cabin

The cabin was immaculate. Located on a nice quiet road. Nice front porch to sit on and enjoy the scenery in the evening. Location is great for day trips to surrounding towns and activities.

Beautiful, Peaceful Cabin near Murphy, NC

The cabin is super clean, lovingly decorated and is even better than the way it appears in the photos! Maria is a great host and answered any inquiries we had so quickly! We had a relaxing place to rest in between our days exploring Murphy and the John C. Campbell Folk School Festival.

Fall getaway

Absolutely Amazing !!!

This cabin was exactly what we needed ! Breathtaking porch views, cozy fire pit and view of the pond from our porch. It was exactly what we needed! I very much hope to return again, it was heaven on earth.

Rest and Relaxation!

Wonderful and quaint little place! Was nice to come and fish for three days— caught a lot of bass and bream. We ended up just staying at the property and enjoying the time relaxing. Thank you for sharing this little nugget with us!

Our back to Murphy trip

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful cabin. We were able to see all of our old neighbors and my sister in law right up the hill. The location was perfect and the amenities in the house were amazing. We will definitely stay here again. Sharon and Tom

Relaxing getaway

It was a beautiful cabin, very clean and decorated with fall touches that enhanced our trip to the mountains to look at the fall leaves. We really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit perched on the hill overlooking the beautiful scenery. The cabin had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and we really loved the big front porch and spent a lot of our time out there just enjoying nature. We loved it!
