It boasts individual control split air conditioning in each room, allowing guests to set their preferred temperature. We are a family owned and operated management company with over 30 years of experience in Hawaii. We have a full service, dedicated, friendly staff, and attention to details are our primary concern.
Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
