Place was clean. Instructions were clear. There is air conditioning just be mindful that in the loft bedroom there isn’t a unit so it gets pretty toasty up there but manageable! There were quite a few cockroaches but all were dead except for one so honestly good when in Hawaii! Great communication with questions. Very nice and kind hosts. Great place! Would stay again!

Nice property- Very quiet which was nice. The condo itself was nice. Only issues we had was in regard to the air conditioners. It was extremely hot in living room, kitchen, And the upstairs was unbearable. The downstairs ac worked; however not enough to cool the whole condo. I I’ll address specifics with the host as they are correctable issues and the place was very comfy, outside of the heat. Nice pool area and hot tub. Condo was completely stocked with everything you need!

Great location

Very convenient location for walking to our favorite restaurants and shops. 2 AC units kept us comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

A good location for touring Kona. Could walk to a lot of places. Clean and neat. Good amount of space.

Awesome Stay

We were in town for the Ironman World Championship. The condo was perfectly located to all the action. Friendly neighbors. I would come back again.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Only comment i have is that it is time to upgrade the bed pillows. Otherwise very nice, clean and comfortable accomodations!

We didn’t cook anything. We just ate out. But it did take a little bit for the ac to cool the place down. No problems after that. Nice place to stay. Great communication with Tim. Would recommend this place.

Kitchen cabinets are ridiculously high, having to stand on a chair in order to reach most items.There is no dishwasher.Property is very dated.Upstairs bedroom is practically unusable due to lack of proper air conditioning.I believe the property is falsely advertised.I intend to place 1,000 in dispute due to these factors.
