Sea Village Resort reflects the tranquil beauty of the Big Island. The resort is centrally located located 1 mile from restaurants and shops on Famous Ali'i Drive.
Located on the 2nd floor, newly remodeled Vinyl Plank flooring installed throughout the Living Room in 2023.
This fully remodeled unit is a guest favorite, and the views are absolutely breath taking.

The pool area is located beside the sea wall, so guests can enjoy a peaceful swim just steps away from the crashing surf.
Hot tub, communal BBQ and Tennis court available for guest use.

Kona town is just a short drive from Sea Village Kona. Kona town offers a large choice of restaurants, stores and art galleries. Most of the Big Island activities depart from Kona town.

Sunset Solitude

These condo are older/dated, but the one we stayed in was updated a bit, maintained and kept clean. It was a great central point to visit many parts of the island after we stayed at the Hilton's Waikoloa Village. Plus it was nice to cook breakfast and save money that way. We rented a car, but it looked as if you could walk down to the main areas of shopping and food. The condo had a great view of the sunsets, and all the amenities we would want; such as pans, coolers, two beach chairs and umbrellas. Our only gripe was we could hear the condo above us walking/stomping. It wasn't quiet...not sure if it's a vacation rental too.

Spacious condo

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was comfortable and accommodated a family of four with ease. Nice view from the lanai. Barbeque facilities were convenient. No air conditioning in unit however several fans and ceiling fans in unit which helped to keep the unit cool. Management was helpful, easy to deal with and responded quickly.

In town for a family wedding

Everything was great! We were already very familiar with the Sea Village property as we have a family place in building 3. Because of the wedding, we had a lot of family and friends in town and most of them rented other units as well. This unit was very nice, with many upgrades, and an exceptional ocean view. Thank you!!

Our second great stay

Great condo with amazing views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our stay in this unit. The amazing view from the balcony was a big highlight. The unit was well stocked with pretty much everything we needed for a great stay. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet when we first arrived, but the property manager was very quick to send someone to fix it (even though it was a holiday). We found the unit very spacious and comfortable.The only downside was that there were quite a few cockroaches in the kitchen. We had family staying in a couple of other units in the complex who didn't have this issue. These property manager was actively dealing with the issue so hopefully it won't be a problem for long.

Great location Beautiful sunsets

The condo is located in a great area of Kona, close to town shopping and several beaches. The condo had all the items for the beach and nicely furnished. If you wanted to cook it did lack simple spices that most condos provide. It also had an issue with cockroaches at the time we stayed. Which made it difficult as no fruits or food of any kind could be left on the counter. I know the property managers were working to address the issue. The beds were comfortable but had stains on them and could use replacing. We did book the unit knowing it had no AC. The extra fans the unit provided made it comfortable. Having the unit on the second floor allowed us to leave the Lani door open at night to get the trade winds. We did enjoy our time on the island.

Nice place, great views, but needs air conditioning!

Relaxing & Rejuvinating Stay Right on the Water

You were close enough to the downtown and shopping you could walk. The comforts of home with the feeling of being on vacation. We hope to return soon.

Kona Sea Village 4-205

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Kona Sea Village with another couple for six days in April. The condo was roomy and comfortable. The second bedroom was a bit tight for two adults but we managed, especially since we spent most of our time there on the lanai! The view was wonderful! We were close enough to walk to town where we picked up our car rental the second day. I was concerned that there wasn't assigned parking but we were always able to find a spot right by our staircase. I would absolutely stay here again. The Sea Village was a nice property (pool, BBQ were great), and it's hard to beat the condo for the view, especially for a two bedroom.
