Paradise on the Big Island

Condo was great. It was clean and had everything we needed including a couple of beach chairs that came in handy a few times. Located within walking distance to restaurants / bars and of course an ABC store. Also close to everything else you need - grocery, Walmart, Target etc. We cooked quite a few meals there and had everything we needed. Pool area was great a jacuzzi was the perfect temp. Highly recommend.

Fantastic vacation

We just spent 14 days at the Kona Reef in F-26 what a fabulous condo. You can see the ocean from the lani and watch the surfers and dolphins. They have enough dishes to make a meal if you choose to. We used this condo many times and it never disappoints us.

Kailua/Kona condo great location

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean, nice pool area, and is an easy walk to town for morning coffee or evenings out. We would come again.

Great Big Island Location

Very nice condo that was clean, well kept, and very nicely furnished. Great location for exploring the Kona coast. Only needed this for a 1 night stopover but could have easily enjoyed a week here.

Amazing view - clean condo - very affordable

Ideal Kona Condo

Great condo in great location! Well stocked. All amenities listed and many more. Incredible view from lanai over pool, water front and surfers. Beach next to condos is fantastic! We’d book this again and again!

Kona Reef Interlude

Kona Reef is a nice property. Our condo was very nice, good view from the lanai. The owner's instructions were comprehensive and clear (although I was unable to find the dumpster in the parking lot when it came time to check out). I would highly recommend Unit F26 to anyone.

What A View!

Everything about it was just perfect, right down to the pull out bed (very comfortable). Shower-incredible (two heads), washer/dryer-top of the line. Great pool with barbecues, ample dining area and sink with spacious counter top. Can’t say enough about how great this place is. Highly recommend it and will definitely stay again! Mahalo for a memorable vacation.

Family Reunion vacation

In shower and tub, the water was only lukewarm. A message regarding this was left and it was never addressed during our stay. When arrived one of the cabinet doors in front of the sink did not close properly. We left the condo clean and in good condition, but a small reduction was made to the cleaning deposit.

great stay at this condo

This is a great place to stay. Wayne the new owner was a delight to work with. My booking occurred in the middle of closing process of this property in which Wayne became the new owner. Due to this situation, there was some confusion and challenges as my wife and I settled into this condo. Wane went out of his way to make sure any issues that came up during this transition were addressed immediately. This condo has an amazing view of the ocean and has nice resort resources to make your stay pleasurable. Condo is located close to downtown condo and is walkable. I would highly recommend any future travelers to rent this condo as I plan on being a repeat customer next year.

Great Time and Great Location

This condo was just as described. The condo itself is a little dated but had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and was clean which is most important. The lanai was close enough to the water to hear the waves but not directly on the water. Seeing whales or dolphins was a struggle from the lanai but the beach was just a few steps away. We did enjoy having drinks on the lanai and watching the surfers right in front of our complex. The condo complex was well maintained and enjoyable. Staying as a guest was comfortable and welcoming. The pool was warm, relaxing and was never crowded. The grills were great for barbequing our meals. There are owners that live here and take pride in the complex. Everyone cares and it shows. It really was a great location. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants but not right in the middle of town with all the tourists. Look forward to staying here again.
