It was a nice secluded stay. Outside of the house could use some love. Felt like it was overpriced for the place. The private dock was nice to keep the boat tied to.

Absolutely loved being by lake.Wish we would have had a TV in bedroom. And a washer and dryer would make a longer stay nicer also.Other places we have gone have way more necessities for same price this property is lacking few things for the price.

The property was advertised as rustic. It is more than rustic. The entrance into the cabin is a trip hazard. There are multiple extension cords that are a fire hazard. The screened in porch was not clean at all.

Beautiful Sunrises

At first we were a little apprehensive about the A/C (window unit in the living room), but it kept the house and cool. The driveway is a little ruff, but we have a truck, and the other couple has a Jeep, so it was fine. The house was very clean, and you cant beat the view! It is also close to shopping, and Land Between The Lakes recreational area. We had a wonderful time, and will definitely be looking at staying there again in the future.

Pretty view

Mostly a decent time, older remodeled cabin. Very clean, furniture outdated, door lock hard to open, tv on for DVD's, no batteries in only remote available. Driveway very rough, need 4wheel to get in. Bare basics in cabin.

Hi Marty, thank you for you review. Yes, as advertised this is a very basic older, fishing cabin. The remote, tv & driveway have been addressed to owners. 4 wheel drive is not necessary, but prior to your arrival we had storms causing it to wash away in places. The owner plans to fix that and tv (get new one) when they arrive next month! Thanks again. Be sure to check out other properties we have as well.

Loved our stay here. It had everything we needed. The walk down to the dock could have been a little less treacherous. Would like to let the host know that there are a couple of loose screw on the dock ladder. Not fancy but for the price,it was perfect

My husband and our two dogs enjoyed our peaceful stay at The Fisherman’s Wharf. You can easily access the lake by walking into it from the shore, or from the dock. 10/10 for beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and all-day views of sparkling water. This cabin is not advertised as a luxury lakehouse. I’m not sure why people are confused about that. If you want charming and rustic with amenities like a fully-stocked kitchen (utensils, serving ware, plates, pots, pans, etc.), beautiful lake views, and privacy and quiet…look no further!

Had a great weekend with our family. We enjoyed the view and having a private dock for our boat. The location was great! Very clean and when I had questions the host answered very quickly. Hoping to come back again!
