Newly remodeled 630 sq foot private room, with a king size bed, fire place, living room area has a pull out queen sofa with private entrance. .Private dock for fishing and swimmimg. Large deck looking over a beautiful property on Ky Lake. Lake and perfect for relaxing and having a bon fire. Located a few blocks from Moors Resort that has a restaurant, bar, marina fishing guides, boat and jet ski rental take out pizza food and more. Close to Land between the lakes, Pattis 1800 Settlement, shopping, restaurants and more.

Nice and quiet weekend spot for us

Nice view of the lake and good location to restaurants and parks. Owners were very nice and helpful. No problems at all. Great weekend!

Weekend Getaway

The location was great and the place was decorated super nice and cute. Kelly, was super friendly and reached out to us to go over check in details! The bed was our fav part, it was so comfortable and didn't make us miss ours at home at all. We will gladly book with Kelly again when staying in the area!

Awesome view

The house sits along Kentucky lake. There is a great view of the lake out the large front window. The bed was very comfortable. The feel of the room made me think of a house boat. Very nice. The host Kelly was very friendly. I will definitely go back. Loved it!!!

Freaking Awesome

This is a perfect place to stay for a fishing tournament or fun fishing. Room for a couple bass boats is no problem. Great location. Just a minute to the Moors. And Kelly? She’s freaking awesome!! Highly recommend for one or two people. Thanks!!

Fantastic weekend getaway!

My best friend and I stayed the weekend as a “moms getaway.” The condo was everything we hoped for! Kelly is a fantastic host and the condo is perfection. So beautifully done the pics don’t give it justice. We loved having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening on the massive porch that overlooks the water. Kelly gave us great local recommendations and everyone we encountered was so nice and welcoming. I’m coming back! Hopefully in the fall because I bet the foliage around the lake is breathtaking. We also rented a boat at a nearby resort calling Whispering Oaks which was also fantastic and highly recommended.

We had one of the best vacations of our lives! The property was extremely clean, the hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating! The location was incredibly beautiful! We promised to return, as we had an amazing experience!

This slice of paradise is absolutely amazing. The view is incredible so peaceful. The host is second to none room was nice and tidy smelled fresh. Everything was correct in the listing. If I am in the area again I would definitely look to see if this place was open great food very close by as well

We happened upon this Heaven on Earth, Dockside Paradise, when we decided to extend our trip from another rental place. I can honestly say if I had known this place existed, we would've stayed here the entire time!Everything from communicating with Kelly, to checking in, to the amazing views, to the extreme coziness of the cottage ,was spectacular!! We wanted for nothing the entire time we were there. It was so peaceful and serene. Kelly was by far the best host that we have ever rented from! She thought of everything! The porch was incredible!. The views were spectacular! The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. The cottage was immaculate and decorated so beautifully! We fished. We relaxed. We stargazed. We saw spectacular sunsets. The whole vibe was just amazing! If you are looking for paradise, this is it! The only thing I would say that we didn't like....Is that we had to leave. We truly can't wait to go back and will as soon as we can!

Kelly was a super nice lady that took care of us. The place was very clean and cozy. The lake was right behind us and had beautiful views. Everything that you would need is close by.
