The best floor plan on Panama City Beach. Spectacular views from any room in the unit. This second floor condo at Long Beach Resort is located in tower 4, one of the nicest and most exclusive resorts in Panama City Beach! With the location of this resort, it is convenient to everything from great restaurants to a Super Walmart right across the street! Large lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with waterfalls, whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), onsite bar and grill(seasonal), beautifully landscaped grounds, and jet ski rental on site (seasonal) as well as 24 hour gated access and security. The living room and both bedrooms have Smart TV's and the living room has a Blu-ray player.

Good news! The gym is now open to owners and guests. It is open 24/7 with a passcode you receive from the kiosk at the door to the gym. Instructions have been posted on how to access the code. You will need to electronically sign the gym waiver as part of getting access to the code. Located in Tower 3 on the ground level.

There is a King-size bed in the master and two queen beds in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. New linens/towels in this condo, all beds have high count cotton sheets! The living/dining area and both bedrooms open onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 feet of private, white sandy beach. This is a NON-SMOKING unit, Pets NOT Allowed, and Renter must be 25 or older.

This was such a positive experience, from the ease of communication with Jennifer to the beautiful and welcoming space she has provided for guests. I loved being on the second floor and most especially having an ocean view from both large bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay ! The room was perfect and the views were amazing. Also might add that the master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever had in a Vrbo ever. Thank you for sharing your amazing condo!!

The room was nice and very well kept up. But we fought the air conditioner nearly all week. I brought my 1 year old and wife along with my elderly grandmother I’m sure you can imagine how our stay went with the room getting hot and humid.

I am very surprised at this rating. Although I knew about the A/C issues, we responded immediately by calling the A/C company both times that the guest informed me that the A/C seemed to be struggling. Evidently the company that we called did not completely remedy the problem the first time. I was in constant contact with the guest and did everything I could to get the problem resolved. The issue was resolved on the 2nd A/C service call.

This condo is very nice and clean. The check in process was a breeze and the owner is so nice and helpful. The views from the balcony are so nice. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner can not be set below 68 and it stayed a bit warm for our family even with curtains closed during the day. But we used our fans and did ok. We will definitely book here again!!

What a wonderful condo. It is a clean updated unit. The included chairs and umbrella with rental were an excellent bonus. This has to be the best stocked condo we have ever rented. Our only suggestion would be upgraded towels and wash clothes. These seemed subpar compared to the standard of everything else that was in the condo. But this is so minor. We would certainly stay here again if visiting PCB.

Perfect views from the condo, loved the 2nd floor. It was nice having the beach chairs and umbrella for us. I was very comfortable in the condo, great balcony. There was all the supplies we needed for the kitchen. We all enjoyed the place.

This was a very clean and nicely decorated condo. Loved how the bedrooms opened up to the balcony as well as the large patio doors to the balcony with the great view. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I would rent this again.

Wonderful stay, will book again!

We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony were excellent and being right on the beach is always a plus. We will book again, and look forward to returning soon.

Great condo with updated appliances and decore. Only issues were the cleanliness of the bathrooms, some of the furniture was broken and the dish washer didnt work. We really loved this condo from the space to the new appliances. Will definitely be staying again and would recommend this room.

After many years of hard work, we have retired. Ken is the previous owner of a Trucking company and Jennifer was previously a Software Engineer.
We lived in Gwinnett County, Georgia for over 30 years and have recently built our retirement home in South Alabama.
We have 2 married children and 7 sweet grand babies.

The views in this entire unit are just AMAZING!

Even though Long Beach Resort is right in the middle of all of the action, when you are on the resort grounds, you feel right at home.
Not crowded like neighboring beach areas. The pools are fabulous. The snack shack is very convenient.

We have updated the kitchen and bathrooms (Not shown in pictures).
The bedspreads, pillows, sheets, towels and blankets are all new.
