Relive the days from childhood when you spent vacations in a beach cottage with happy times enjoying the beaches at sunrise and watching beautiful sunsets. The Sundance at 236 W. First Street, Ocean Isle Beach, NC is located on 2nd row and very near beach two accesses across the street, so no parking fees.
Its convenient floor plan has 4 bedrooms, 2 on either side of cottage separated by bathrooms. There is a large living area where your family can relax, play games and enjoy being together. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffeepot, utensils and cookware etc... The backyard is fenced. We have a covered porch with an extension for sunbathing. An outside shower for rinsing off after times spent on our beautiful wide beach of Ocean Isle. Bring or rent locally towels and sheets.

Amazing cute beach house
Wow, this was such a special little house. Our family felt home. The beach access was really close and so were restaurants and shops . The deck was absolutely relaxing with rocking chairs and Melle was just very sweet an accommodating. We will be back ❤️

Amazing Place!
We had a wonderful time! The house was clean, and perfect for us. We had a total of 8 people stay and we were very comfortable. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, and most important it didn't have any kind of funky smell. Very close to the ocean access as well. I took my 70 year old parents and they didn't have any issues getting to the beach. We will definitely be back and rent again!

Perfect ocean getaway
This was our first time to the ocean Isle area, it was perfect. We didn't have to sit in traffic one single time. The whole island is clean, if someone would put a breakfast / coffee shop at the round about, where the pier is , in the old ocean Isle realty building it would be even cooler. The house we were able to enjoy was turn key perfect. We will go back!

Very nice, comfortable location
This is the third property we have used in Ocean Isle and it is the best! We were 8 adults and we all thought the house and contents were excellent. Kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms are a nice size and beach access is very convenient. We especially appreciated the safety features on the outside stairs, non-skid and yellow striped. We will try to use this house next year.

SunDance is a perfect home away from home!!
The location is perfect, the 2 min walk to the beach is wonderful! The outside shower and car port under the home is perfect for stowing beach items and the sleeping arrangements are great! This home is perfect for families and it has everything you need! Mellie (owner) was easy to get a hold of for any questions and helpful tips! We can't wait to come back!

The perfect beach house!!
Old school charm abounds in this beach house!it is a perfect gem in a perfect location! It is super clean and well appointed and not pretentious! The perfect house for my daughter and her children, ages 3 and 5. The host was open and communicative!

Beach weekend
This is such a cute house! It has everything you could need, minus linens, which we knew we needed to bring and was not an issue. The owner was wonderful, very responsive and sweet. The house was very very clean, very well taken care of. Lots of love goes into this property!!
