Positioned in the heart of pedestrian-focused Seacrest, this renovated studio unit offers the perfect accommodation for couples planning a romantic retreat or modern travelers taking time to disconnect. This unit is a dream location for any foodie with unique southern coastal cuisine on their bucket list, as you are steps away from some of 30A's most exquisite restaurants. Local businesses line the streets of the surrounding areas, providing a copious amount of shopping options for all tastes. Deeded beach access offers the exclusivity travelers love when visiting the Inn at Seacrest.*

The Village Towne Centre at Village of South Walton features unique boutique kiosks designed to provide a full array of activities and items which maximize leisure for all beachgoers. Bike or walk to the area's famous Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, both of which surround the Inn at Seacrest.

*If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31 it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.

Beutiful area. Private beach access was helpful. Pool and hot were clean. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Only thing i missed was a dishwasher.

The perfect studio!

My husband & I loved staying here during our anniversary trip. It was perfectly located to everything 30A had to offer. The beach was incredible & very easy to access. Parking was no problem (we rented a Jeep through Turo) and the condo was easy to find. The space was quiet & included anything we needed for our 5-day trip. The balcony & view of the ocean was a great place to sit & relax between sight-seeing. We would absolutely stay here again!

The room is perfect. We had a great sunset view from the balcony. Would highly recommend for proximity to Alys and Rosemary.

Easy and convenient stay!

Location is great and within walking distance to go to the beach daily, and out to dinner in Aly’s Beach and Rosemary Beach. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed!

Perfect for Two!

My husband and I stayed here for a few days in September and it was perfect for us! It is clean and comfortable. We were looking for a place we could walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants and this delivered. Location can't be beat!

Affordable, clean and walking distance to Rosemary Beach

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and had a view to the ocean. We walked to all the restaurants and the beach access is close as well.

Perfect location!

In very close walking distance of Ally’s beach and all the shops and restaurants of Rosemary beach. Very clean room with a great view of the water.

Beautiful condo, very clean, and great location! My husband and I had a blast! Easy check in/out process, and perfect size for two people. The condo came fully equipped with everything we needed, and has a beautiful view from the balcony!

Location, Location, Location

We had a great time staying at this clean, cozy & comfy VRBO…building is very quiet, ample parking, easy check-in and check-out. Our favorite thing about this VRBO is its fantastic location for easy/short walks to everything we wanted to see & do in the area including restaurants, shopping and the beach access. We would book here again in a heartbeat Thank you !

Parental get-away

As parents of two young kids, this trip was a weekend away to relax. Our criteria were simple: walkable to amenities, easy access to the beach, and a comfortable bed. This unit ticked all those boxes and more. Would definitely be back!

Great location

Perfect for couple get away. Very clean with everything you need. Only neg feedback would be a full length mirror on back of closet door ( you know us gals like to check out our outfits) also seems to still have issue with water leaking from shower to the floor. Decorating was so adorable and definitely walking distance to beach and shops. The trolley was a blessing when carrying all the beach equipment.

Hidden gem in the heart of everything!

Location, location, location and clean, clean clean! It’s not the most spacious, but for one or two people it is perfect. Walk to Beaches walk to Rosemary walk to Alys. Host/management company extremely cooperative and responsive. We will be staying here again.

Perfect stay for 2!

We had a wonderful stay! Walking distance to the main strip of Rosemary Beach, quick and easy access to the beach, beautiful & clean property. The shower was incredible! Great water pressure and got very hot. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend Canopy Road for breakfast (5 minute drive), La Crema (walking distance) for the peanut butter lava cake and Bayou Bills (8 min drive) for dinner. Such a perfect stay for my husband and I!

Clean Condo in Perfect Location!

We couldn't have picked a more perfect location to stay. This condo is right in the middle of Rosemary and Alys beach at less than a 10 minute walk to both. While the place is definitely compact, it was perfect for my fiancé and I. It had comfy bed with bright white, soft towels. Everything was so clean you could eat off the floor. It also had beach access, a pool and hot tub, and full sized fridge. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Great Condo .

Brought my daughter over from FSU for a short visit. Loved the condo! Great location to walk to everything. I was a little surprised at how limited and crowded the beach access is. Overall still loved it and hope to come back next year with my husband.
