Positioned in the heart of pedestrian-focused Seacrest, this renovated studio unit offers the perfect accommodation for couples planning a romantic retreat or modern travelers taking time to disconnect. This unit is a dream location for any foodie with unique southern coastal cuisine on their bucket list, as you are steps away from some of 30A's most exquisite restaurants. Local businesses line the streets of the surrounding areas, providing a copious amount of shopping options for all tastes. Deeded beach access offers the exclusivity travelers love when visiting the Inn at Seacrest.*

The Village Towne Centre at Village of South Walton features unique boutique kiosks designed to provide a full array of activities and items which maximize leisure for all beachgoers. Bike or walk to the area's famous Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, both of which surround the Inn at Seacrest.

*If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31 it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.

It was wonderful. A full length mirror would be nice to add to the room or bathroom space, Comfortable accommodations with great access to beach, Barrett square, shopping and restaurants. All within walking distance.

Summer Surprise

We were so pleased with rhis property. Everything was tastefully decorated, clean and welcoming. Nice view of ocean from balcony. Beach access not a far walk away. Lots of things to do nearby. Enjoyed ourselves so much! Thank you!

Perfect Stay!

The owners/managers have consistent contact with you leading up to your stay. The location was great, with just a short walk to the beach. The unit was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The process to check in and check out were seamless. Overall, this was a fantastic unit for a short getaway with my best friend and we would absolutely come back!

So beautiful

The unit was clean and within walking distance of the beach and all of the shops within Alys and Rosemary. The property manager was easy to contact and we were able to access the room early. I would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Anniversary Getaway

My wife and I had an amazing trip down to Rosemary/Alys beach to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. So cozy and clean and the perfect location! Just a few minutes walk to so many restaurants and stores, as well as the beach access! We kept our car parked the entire time and never needed it. The pool is so clean and peaceful - a nice change of pace from the popular beach! The hosts/property managers are so friendly and responsive - couldn’t have asked for an easier and smoother stay!

The perfect studio!

My husband & I loved staying here during our anniversary trip. It was perfectly located to everything 30A had to offer. The beach was incredible & very easy to access. Parking was no problem (we rented a Jeep through Turo) and the condo was easy to find. The space was quiet & included anything we needed for our 5-day trip. The balcony & view of the ocean was a great place to sit & relax between sight-seeing. We would absolutely stay here again!

Location is great and within walking distance to go to the beach daily, and out to dinner in Aly’s Beach and Rosemary Beach. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed!

Perfect for Two!

My husband and I stayed here for a few days in September and it was perfect for us! It is clean and comfortable. We were looking for a place we could walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants and this delivered. Location can't be beat!

Affordable, clean and walking distance to Rosemary Beach

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and had a view to the ocean. We walked to all the restaurants and the beach access is close as well.

Rosemary Beach Condo

Tia, our contact with LIV, was fabulous. The internet didn't work & Tia tried the HOA & found out there was an outage in the area. Also, Tia was informed that we didn't have a parking pass. Tia gave me the code to the locked closet in the unit. Luckly we found a parking pass. Just wondering why there was a frying pam & pot in this unit. There was no stove! Thank you Tia for all you did for us.

Location, Location, Location

We had a great time staying at this clean, cozy & comfy VRBO…building is very quiet, ample parking, easy check-in and check-out. Our favorite thing about this VRBO is its fantastic location for easy/short walks to everything we wanted to see & do in the area including restaurants, shopping and the beach access.
