*Comfortable King Size Bed with memory foam topper for extra comfort

*Compact Kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, a full size microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials for your stay

Adorable place - perfect size for my husband and me! Kelly was extremely sweet and responsive. Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. We rented bikes and biked to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. This unit is close to everything! I highly recommended it!

Mini-Vacay

Great location! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Room is spacious and very nice. Property Manager, Kelly, kept us informed and had lots of tips of things to do during our stay. Highly recommend and we’ll be going back soon.

Lovely condo for 2!

Easy check in, perfect location to lots of shopping and dining. Pool was not crowded and our 5 days was relaxing and lots of fun. Owner was great at communication and would definitely stay again. Thanks for an uncomplicated trip!

We had an amazing time at Kelly’s place. Communication was great and the place was clean and exactly as described. Such a walkable area to explore. I would highly recommend!

Weekend Wedding

My husband and I came to Rosemary for a wedding. Had a little miscommunication on arrival but Kelly was on it immediately and took care of everything! The place was perfect for a weekend wedding with several events. It is in a very busy area but has many places to eat or just get a coffee. Would definitely recommend.

Fun and Fabulous Girls’ Weekend!

We had the best stay here! It is in such a great location and the beach is so close! I came here with my daughter for a girls’ weekend and we had the best time! The condo was clean and the owners were so friendly and accommodating!

Short trip

We attended a wedding and this location was perfect for us. It was a 2 night trip so the accommodations were perfect. It is a very nice studio apt.

Perfect sunshine studio

The place was absolutely perfect for our quick mother daughter weekend away. The location was amazing! Walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, bars, and coffee shops. The place is beautifully decorated. We felt so comfortable in this studio condo. The pools looked amazing however, we did not use them. We loved the bracelets that got us onto the beautiful sandy beach just across the street. We had open communication with the hosts and they were very pleasant and informative. The next time I am in the area I would stay here again for sure! Do yourself a favor and book a stay here. I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you Kelly for sharing your adorable place with us. It truly was just perfect! I would not change a thing. Laura

Wonderful place to stay!

We always stay in this area near Rosemary Beach and love the location and convenience to so many great places to shop and eat. The development at Seacrest is wonderful, and the free shuttle to the beach makes it so easy to stay close to the water without the cost of a beach view. Even though it is only a atudio, the unit is spacious and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the extra seating by the TV. (The only negative was not having a private balcony which it appeared to have in the photos). The owners of this unit were EXTREMELY kind and helpful, and we would definitely stay here again!

First time in Rosemary

Kelly’s place is stunning! Very moody and cozy, perfect for a couples getaway. The bed is nice and comfortable. There are a few restaurants and shops that sit in front of the building and down the street that are walkable. She provides clear instructions on how to find her condo. She’s very responsive and that was very appreciated. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to finish out our stay. Kelly, however, was so understanding and worked with us.

Anfitrión: Charles and Kelly Bryan

Charles and I live in the Houston area. Charles has been vacationing with his family in the Panama City Beach area since he was very little. When we first started dating he brought me to meet his family in Florida. I fell in love with those beautiful beaches too. Every year we continue to meet his family for a family reunion. We always rent a big house in Destin or 30A and spend a wonderful week together. As a family 30A, Panama City Beach and Destin hold many great memories for us.

We are self employed and work hard like everyone else in this great country. We have 2 pretty cool kids who have grown up on us. And life is moving fast. Our oldest has just had our second grand baby in two years so we are now grandparents. 😊 Our family is growing and we look forward to bringing our grandchildren to Florida this year. Family tradition means a lot to us and 30A is apart of who we are. Our family has been blessed to enjoy Florida and her beautiful coastline. We hope you build many memories here too.

Charles' sister owns a condo in The Villages. When we visited her condo we loved the location and knew The Villages is where we wanted to be.

Freedom. You can get on a bike and just ride... or walk until you need to turn around. You are safe and the view is amazing. It smells great, kids are laughing, people are smiling, the sun is shining, the waves are crashing with a never ending breeze... good days in Florida!
