Short trip

We attended a wedding and this location was perfect for us. It was a 2 night trip so the accommodations were perfect. It is a very nice studio apt.

Perfect sunshine studio

The place was absolutely perfect for our quick mother daughter weekend away. The location was amazing! Walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, bars, and coffee shops. The place is beautifully decorated. We felt so comfortable in this studio condo. The pools looked amazing however, we did not use them. We loved the bracelets that got us onto the beautiful sandy beach just across the street. We had open communication with the hosts and they were very pleasant and informative. The next time I am in the area I would stay here again for sure! Do yourself a favor and book a stay here. I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you Kelly for sharing your adorable place with us. It truly was just perfect! I would not change a thing. Laura

Wonderful place to stay!

We always stay in this area near Rosemary Beach and love the location and convenience to so many great places to shop and eat. The development at Seacrest is wonderful, and the free shuttle to the beach makes it so easy to stay close to the water without the cost of a beach view. Even though it is only a atudio, the unit is spacious and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the extra seating by the TV. (The only negative was not having a private balcony which it appeared to have in the photos). The owners of this unit were EXTREMELY kind and helpful, and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely week away

My husband and I had a wonderful time this week. It’s our second stay in the villages at seacrest and the first in this property. Everything was perfect and the bed was so very comfortable. We’d stay again for sure

First time in Rosemary

Kelly’s place is stunning! Very moody and cozy, perfect for a couples getaway. The bed is nice and comfortable. There are a few restaurants and shops that sit in front of the building and down the street that are walkable. She provides clear instructions on how to find her condo. She’s very responsive and that was very appreciated. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to finish out our stay. Kelly, however, was so understanding and worked with us.

Great Location and Beautiful Condo

I came to town for my son's beach wedding which went off without a hitch - beautiful weather! This condo was a short 10 minute walk across the street from where the rest of the wedding party was staying. I parked my car at check-in and never moved it until time to leave. Fabulous location for Seacrest and Rosemary Beach.

Seacrest Charm

Kelly was so responsive and helpful! The unit was exactly as described and so clean! Helpful things like paper places and coffee pods for the keurig were provided and very useful! The unit is very close to the pool and so convenient to access. We used the tram for the beach and highly recommend. If you want to rent beach chairs, call a few weeks in advance as they book up quickly. The beach access if you bring your own chair is not a large area so head down to the beach earlier than later. We walked to rosemary several times for dinner and loved pescados and la crema. Short and easy walk. Perfect for a quick getaway for our babymoon!

Couples stay

This little studio is the perfect stay for a couple! It is conveniently located near restaurants and hang out spots. We were able to walk everywhere we went and it’s only a short walk to the beach! It has a kitchen which was nice to make use of if we needed and it was so cozy! Definitely would recommend and come back!

Great location!

This is such a cute property! There was plenty of space for the two of us! The location is great, right next to the pool and many shops and restaurants! Conveniently located between Rosemary and Aly’s making everything a short bike ride/walk away. We were told by some locals that we did pick a very busy week to visit, so there were a LOT of people/kids everywhere, but we would love to come back during a slower week haha! Kelly is an amazing host, gives you lots of information about the area, is super kind and responsive!! :)

Nice property

Nice property. Two ways to improve cleanliness would be to dust the top of the refrigerator. With limited space it becomes a good storage space. Clean the inside of the bathroom drawers.

Birthday get away

Perfect couples studio. The tram to the beach is an excellent option. Everything central to town. Studio super cute well equipped and owner great at communication and recommendations. Very nice long weekend home away from home!

Cute little place.

Overall very nice. I would stay again. I rated a 4 out of 5 on the cleanliness just because there was a few things that needed some attention. The owner was unaware unless I told her. She was very apologetic. She said and did everything I would have done. Thanks for everything!

Charles and I live in the Houston area. Charles has been vacationing with his family in the Panama City Beach area since he was very little. When we first started dating he brought me to meet his family in Florida. I fell in love with those beautiful beaches too. Every year we continue to meet his family for a family reunion. We always rent a big house in Destin or 30A and spend a wonderful week together. As a family 30A, Panama City Beach and Destin hold many great memories for us.

We are self employed and work hard like everyone else in this great country. We have 2 pretty cool kids who have grown up on us. And life is moving fast. Our oldest has just had our second grand baby in two years so we are now grandparents. 😊 Our family is growing and we look forward to bringing our grandchildren to Florida this year. Family tradition means a lot to us and 30A is apart of who we are. Our family has been blessed to enjoy Florida and her beautiful coastline. We hope you build many memories here too.

Charles' sister owns a condo in The Villages. When we visited her condo we loved the location and knew The Villages is where we wanted to be.

Freedom. You can get on a bike and just ride... or walk until you need to turn around. You are safe and the view is amazing. It smells great, kids are laughing, people are smiling, the sun is shining, the waves are crashing with a never ending breeze... good days in Florida!
