This condo was very spacious and has a beautiful view. Host was quick to respond and very kind. The complex was nice with 24 hour security. Would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful place to stay!! Fantastic view of the beach and a spacious comfortable condo. The beach set-up was a big bonus. We camped out on the beach under the umbrella and provided chairs everyday we were there. The host to very friendly and helpful. We hope to return again soon. Thank you!!!

Our recent trip to Panama City Beach was fantastic, and the condo played a huge part in making it such an enjoyable stay. The unit was spotless, beautifully updated, and incredibly comfortable — exactly what you hope for when booking a beach getaway. The view was great, the amenities were well‑maintained, and everything in the condo worked exactly as it should.The host was equally impressive. Communication was fast, friendly, and helpful from the moment we booked until checkout. Any question we had was answered almost immediately, and they made the entire experience feel effortless. It’s clear they take pride in making sure guests have a smooth, stress‑free stay.Overall, the combination of a great condo and a responsive, attentive host made this one of our best PCB trips yet.

The condo was very roomy. The master bedroom had an excellent view. Balcony and overall view from the kitchen and living area perfection. The host returned our call regarding the air conditioner filter and brought new sheets for the master bedroom. Also brought a new iron. The rooms were clean and everything we needed other than the previous items mentioned were there. We loved the balcony overlooking the beach. The air conditioner was quite loud. Aside from that we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Great Host, very helpful and responsive. Beach service provided and Jeremy at beach was great to deal with. So thankful for Dave providing his clean and very spacious condo with very large balcony and wonderful patio furniture. Can’t wait for an opportunity to return.

Great area, beautiful beach, nice condo, easy parking and plenty of room!! I'm an overpacker....things I didn't need...hand soap, toilet paper, bath towels, bedding, fans, dishwasher pods.The view is perfect!! Seen dolphins in the early mornings.Things I learned during our trip....•Listing price is for two guests. There's an "Extra Guest Fee" of 50 per person, per day for each additional guest. You might contact the host directly for pricing. •The free chairs & umbrella are loungers. You have to pay for chairs & umbrella if you want to be close to the water.•Local traffic is a breeze. Condo parking is a breeze. Getting to Pier Park from this location is a breeze.•There's currently (7/11/26) one elevator to get above the 6th floor. •It took a bit to find remotes for the blinds and figuring them out. •I highly suggest being extra careful with the blinds. 1,000 each to replace. Let all of your guests know this before hand. I recommend this condo to anyone and will be staying here again!!!

Wonderful view

The view was fantastic. As far as cleanliness, it was not well cleaned. Go with paper towells and tp. Someone had used dishes and put away so be sure to wash dishes for using them.

Yes, the view is "Fantastic". As we discussed on the phone, unlike hotels or motels, we supply a roll of paper towels, 1-2 rolls of tp in each bathroom, and soaps to start you. Guests stay from 2 days to 2 months, and guests supply paper products for the rest of their stay. All the dishes were cleaned in the dishwasher and apologize that there was something baked on that did not come off of the "one dish" you mentioned as we have all had happen at home. Sorry the cleaner did not catch that when putting dishes away. I feel that a 3 star review is harsh for 1 dirty dish on such an amazing property.

We had a great room ! View was incredible,furniture and decor were nice,beds were very comfortable,all new appliances,refrigerator even had craft ice,showers were great,and The Snack Shack has great drinks and bartender. Definitely looking forward to coming back

Beachfront Condo

The condo was excellent. The unit was very spacious and had a wonderful feel. The view of the gulf was tremendous from the family room to the master bedroom. The unit has been recently remodeled with very nice finishes. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Best PCB accommodations ever

My significant other, daughter and our three grand-daughters came for 5 days. The accommodations were great; as advertised, clean, neat and great location. Dave was always available and took care of any thing we needed, which was very little. We all agree we want to stay here again next year !! Nicely done

Clean condo at great location

Loved our stay at the condo, everything was clean and David was reachable when I needed to ask something. You cannot beat the location of this condo. Will surely visit again.

Our Stay-Cation

We have used Dave a few times and have never had an issue. As always it was a smooth transaction and a great stay. We will defiantly use him again. We love the units at the Watercrest!

Best Condo Rental Ever Had

This was by far the best rental we have ever had. The view was phenomenal which was best part, condo was big, clean, beds were comfortable and the owner was very nice, courteous, quick responses with questions and it was located in a very family oriented area that was quiet and just minutes from everything! Definitely will stay again!

Awesome condo!

This condo was amazing! The whole front was a window view of the ocean as far as you could see. Furniture very comfy. Beach just steps from the condo. Hardly no wait for the elevators. Would recommend to anyone. Hope to stay there again next year.

Couldn't ask for anything better!!

We have been coming to Panama City Beach for 8 years now, each time we have tried a new condo for different experiences. This by far has been our favorite experience and will definitely be looking to rebook this one for our future trips! This condo has the greatest views we have ever experienced! The condo was very clean and everything in working order. The whole condo experienced a short power outage while we were there and David (the owner) contacted us right away to make sure everything was back up and running properly. We could not have asked for a better stay and definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to have a great experience at Panama City Beach!! And by the way, did I mention the views!!
