No tunnel-vision views of an overcrowded beach here. Our condo features a 30-foot-wide deck right on the Gulf. Floor-to-ceiling windows separate the deck from an equally expansive living area. Moreover, the two-story complex has only 20 units total. There's plenty of room on the beach. So, relax and enjoy the scenery, whether you are inside or outside.

We are west of all the high-rises, so no crowds, but still close to all the action: Only 2.3 miles from Pier Park, and a dangerously close quarter mile from Thomas's Donuts. No hauling luggage and groceries down long corridors and into crowded elevators. At Bonita Beach, you park right next to the front door.

If that is not enough, no other unit at Bonita Beach Condos is located closer to the pool than this one. The gate entering the pool is just steps away from our front door!

If you like to cook, you will appreciate our fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dine at the breakfast bar or the dining room table while you gaze at the turquoise water and bright white sand.
Our large kitchen and living area will accommodate all your family and friends.

Here are the specs for our unit: 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. 1,650 square feet. This unit is very wide, with approximately 40 feet of the unit facing the Gulf of Mexico. The Living Room and Dining area have floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize the amazing ocean and beach views. The Master Suite also fronts the beach with awesome views. All three bedrooms have private attached bathrooms.

65" 4K Roku Smart TV in Den and Roku Smart TV in Each Bedroom. Bring your streaming logins and enjoy in any room. All have HD Cable, HBO, and Netflix provided.

High Speed Internet (1 Gig) Provided in the Condo.

Our favorite getaway

Lovely view and access to beach. Quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, etc. our sixth(?) year. Kent is responsive to our needs and helpful.

Paradise!

From the moment we opened the front door and could see the glimmering ocean water down the hallway, through the spread of ocean front plate glass windows, we knew this location would be our vacation paradise. The wide beachfront view from this condo and equally wide deck is spectacular! We watched dolphins play in the ocean, and enjoyed amazing sunsets every evening from the deck. What we like about this condo: Location: No crowds or high density high rises at this Western end of Panama City Beach. The beaches are beautiful with white sand and clear emerald water. And walking distance to the famous Thomas Donuts is a plus. Condo: 3 Large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were well maintained with large smart TV's in each bedroom as well as a huge TV in the den. Numerous floor to ceiling windows provided a spectacular view of the beach. Just a few steps off the deck and your feet are in the sand. A true beach front vacation spot. Hosts: Easy to contact with any questions, as well as provided helpful instructions about the condo and property for a no hassel, enjoyable stay. Summary: This condo is the perfect vacation spot for Panama City Beach. We highly recommend this VRBO Listing, and plan ourselves on coming back to this condo year after year.

Great location, great layout

We would stay here again, the location is great, right on the beach, close enough to the pier for touristy stuff. They have a lot of towels available for guests. Only a couple minor issues, the ceiling fans could be replaced and the parking was a bit of an issue. It appeared this particular complex is quite popular for people on fall break compared to others so the lot was full. The owner communication was great.

Great Place, Great Location

This is the 2nd or 3rd stay here, I always like this place, not only is it clean it's in a great location and the host is always gracious and we are sometimes able to check in earlier. Which is a plus after driving 14hrs. :)

Great location

This was our third stay at this property. The location of the property is perfect. Steps away from the beach, close to restaurants and shopping, but far enough away from the crowds and high rises. The property was clean and stocked with all the kitchen supplies needed.

The condo has a beautiful view when you enter the front door. Floors were dirty in bedrooms, couch in living room dirty, furniture outdated. I cleaned the entire kitchen before we ate anything. I feel like the owner should refund cleaning fee. But we enjoyed the deck and the chairs as well as the view! I also enjoyed stepping onto the beach from back door,

Great family vacation place

We stayed with my elderly parents and young adult children and everyone was so comfortable here. The view and beach access were top notch, and the three bedrooms and full baths were perfect for our group. Definitely will stay again <3

Wonderful setting to enjoy the beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view of the waves across the entire back of the condo and short walk to the beach made the stay feel so relaxing and easy. There were 7 of us in the condo, and it felt like we had plenty of room. Also, this unit is located right next to the pool which was a plus for my kids. We would love to be able to stay at this unit in the future!

Wonderful Vacation

We had the best time at iDunes! The condo is beautiful. We loved the large living area and covered deck. The beach was quiet and relaxing. And Kent was a very kind and responsive host. It was a great family vacation!

Wonderful place to stay for a beach vacation!

Loved this property! Steps from the beach! Plenty of space for our party of 6. Kitchen has everything you need to do your own cooking. Amazing deck with plenty of chairs with beautiful oceans views. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Bonita Beach

We love staying at the Bonita Beach complex! The views and proximity to the beach are amazing! This unit was comfortable and well stocked. My only wish was that the bedroom with the bunkbeds had different bed options. This was our first year staying in a first floor unit and we really enjoyed it!

We were so pleased with this condo and the quiet portion of Laguna Beach it offers. The view from the living room and deck are fabulous! The condo is well-stocked and fit our family perfectly! We hope to return!

That porch!!!

Bonita Beach is our favorite place from all the many locations we have stayed at in PCB, and this condo was great. We love that Bonita is a smaller place, so the beach is much less crowded. It’s also down on Laguna Beach, so there is less traffic and good places to walk. As far as the condo itself, it was clean, spacious, and just as described online. The kitchen was well-stocked and laundry facilities were good. But the best part of the condo is definitely the porch! The view is incredible and it’s just steps to the beach. We had two little boys with us, and getting all our equipment to the beach was so much easier without an elevator. This is a place we definitely hope to return to in the future!

We found "our spot"!

We are a group of 65+ year old ladies who have been friends since first grade. We have gotten together in various PCB (and other beach) condos each summer for several years. When we walked into this condo we knew we had found "our spot". Stepping from the amazing porch to the sand to the quiet beach was just what we wanted. The accommodations being on one floor with beautiful ocean views was a huge plus! The numerous TALL Adirondack chairs on the porch were THE BEST. The kitchen was very well stocked. The 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is spacious, comfortable and walking distance to Thomas Donuts and The Carousel. We are booked for next year!

Perfect location

The location was perfect. The beach was directly off the porch. The house was stocked with everything we needed all appliances worked correctly. FYI the pans are stainless - if you’re not used to them, you WILL burn everything. I had to go buy a set of pans(probably user error) but I’m used to non stick. There is even some beach stuff in the outside closet. Overall was a great place to stay! Only comments I have are, whoever does the cleaning could do better. I found a lot of dirty dishes in the drawers and cupboards, and the glass tops tables had a film on them. But that’s not that big of a deal I just washed them. I would recommend to the owner to have less random chairs as seating and maybe update the furniture to a sectional or something that can accommodate more people. There were 6 of us and only 4 can fit comfortably in the living room. Other than that, the place was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Quilting at beach

Living space is comfortable for three of us to set up sewing machines and stitch away while watching birds, dolphins, and people playing in surf. We love that each of us has our own bedroom and bath. Love the quiet location away from hi-rises, but still close to restaurants.

Our beach getaway

We have stayed here many times since 2014. The property is in a great quiet location on the prettiest beach. Everything is close by without the crowds. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are great from the living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as the deck. The shelling was good and we had a great week with calm clear water.
