No tunnel-vision views of an overcrowded beach here. Our condo features a 30-foot-wide deck right on the Gulf. Floor-to-ceiling windows separate the deck from an equally expansive living area. Moreover, the condo complex has only 20 units total. There's plenty of room on the beach. So, relax and enjoy the scenery, whether you are inside or outside.
We are west of all the high-rises, so no crowds, but still close to all the action: Only 2.3 miles from Pier Park, and a dangerously close quarter mile from Thomas's Donuts. No hauling luggage and groceries down long corridors and into crowded elevators. At Bonita Beach, you park right next to the front door.
If that is not enough, no other unit at Bonita Beach Condos is located closer to the pool than this one. The gate entering the pool is just steps away from our front door!
If you like to cook, you will appreciate our fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dine at the breakfast bar or the dining room table while you gaze at the turquoise water and bright white sand.
Our large kitchen and living area will accommodate all your family and friends.
Here are the specs for our unit: 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. 1,650 square feet. This unit is very wide, with approximately 40 feet of the unit facing the Gulf of Mexico. The Living Room and Dining area have floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize the amazing ocean and beach views. The Master Suite also fronts the beach with awesome views. All three bedrooms have private attached bathrooms.
65" 4K Roku Smart TV in Den and Roku Smart TV in Each Bedroom. Bring your streaming logins and enjoy in any room. DirectTV Cable provided.
High Speed Internet (1 Gig) Provided in the Condo.

We absolutely loved this condo. The communication with the owner was great. The best part was the deck. The owner did not purchase cheap furniture out there and that was very much appreciated!! We will definitely be back.

We stayed with 3 small kids & 4 adults, it was perfect. So Easy to step off the deck into the sand with a very short walk to the beach. The condo was well appointed and clean, exactly as the photos show. My only suggestion, if coming with young children, would be to bring kid friendly dishes b/c everything is breakable. When we stayed there were a lot of beach chairs, floaties, sand toys, etc in the outside closet. Ken was fantastic to work with.

We always stay at one of the Bonita Beach units everytime we come to PCB. You cant beat the location and amenities. Kent was super friendly and a breeze to work with!

Great family vacation place
We stayed with my elderly parents and young adult children and everyone was so comfortable here. The view and beach access were top notch, and the three bedrooms and full baths were perfect for our group. Definitely will stay again <3

Great place to stay
It was a great place to stay. They had a few minor maintenance issues...loose door knobs, loose door in front of air conditioner, malfunctioning fan in master bedroom, a few light bulbs out. We will stay here next year if it's available. The location was amazing. No condo crowds!

We didn't know about the loose door knobs, light bulbs out, and master bedroom fan. We have someone heading out there today to take care of these.

Nice place to stay in PCB
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Kent’s place. The description of the place was accurate and it was nice to be able to step out the back door and onto the beach and out the front door to the pool. Kent was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again if in the area

Our favorite getaway
Lovely view and access to beach. Quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, etc. our sixth(?) year. Kent is responsive to our needs and helpful.

Best condo yet!!
We have stayed in several condos in PCB, but by far this had everything our family needed. W writhing from on the beach to the space. I would highly recommend this place. Host is very responsive too.

This area is perfect for a getaway. The beach is uncrowded, you're not far from lots of activities, and the condo really suited our needs.

Great location
This was our third stay at this property. The location of the property is perfect. Steps away from the beach, close to restaurants and shopping, but far enough away from the crowds and high rises. The property was clean and stocked with all the kitchen supplies needed.

Wonderful place to stay for a beach vacation!
Loved this property! Steps from the beach! Plenty of space for our party of 6. Kitchen has everything you need to do your own cooking. Amazing deck with plenty of chairs with beautiful oceans views. Would definitely stay again!
