Two golf carts

We enjoyed our stay it was nice to have 2 golf carts. But .. this would not be a good unit for older or handicapped persons as there at steep steps right inside the first door - these lead to the bedrooms and (again) are quite steep. Overall a good stay..close to area attractions.

Great place to stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Location was near lots of restaurants and beach. Community was nice and quiet and easy to get around. Golf carts were great way to carry everything to beach and fun entertainment. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Patio was great for mornings and easy access to fishing. Could use extra blankets, dishwasher pods and even a few basic cooking aids (spray, s&p, coffee, filters). Would stay again, thank you for a wonderful trip!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're so glad you loved the condo and enjoyed your stay! Due to Covid, extra blankets are limited as they are all swapped out between each guest and there are no food items, such as salt and pepper or coffee and filters, as we do not want consumable items to be left from guest to guest. We do provide a basic set up with dishwasher and laundry packets, trash bags, dish soap, toiletry items, toilet paper, and paper towels for each guest's stay, however if guests require more during their stay, they have to provide their own. We hope to have you back again soon!!

Amazing vacation property

We absolutely loved this property! It’s location was perfect. Beautiful views of ponds for fishing and conveniently located near beach! The 2 golf carts were an added plus! My teenage son and his friend had a great time using one cart to do their things while we had one for our own schedule! We we definitely rent again. The property management company was so friendly and professional!

Maybe … if the living room was a lighter shade of color it would have seemed brighter in the condo. Also having a few beach chairs would have been a nice touch. Overall it was great and would stay again.

Cozy, Clean and Convenient

We loved this villa. The property was one of the cleanest we have stayed in in the area in quite some time. The area was very nice and we loved sitting on the patio. You can fish out back. The pool is so close which was a great treat as it is much nicer than the beachfront pool in our opinion. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. We also loved how the front has a small courtyard to drop all your beach things and rinse off before going in to the villa. Oh and the trash pick up daily right outside the villa was very convenient. Great villa!

Most Expensive Destin Stay—and Unfortunately Our Worst

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We drove 12 hours from Texas and arrived around 6:00 p.m., excited to begin our vacation. After picking up pizza from our favorite local restaurant, Roberto’s, we returned to the property and began settling in. Unfortunately, within only four or five minutes of my daughter using the guest bathroom shower, water began pouring through the ceiling above the kitchen table—from both dining-room light fixtures and the air vent. This was extremely concerning and created a serious safety issue, especially with water coming through electrical fixtures.Although the property included two golf carts, neither was fully usable. The blue cart could only be driven for approximately 20 minutes before slowing to about 13–15 mph. Because the resort’s speed limit is 23 mph in most areas, we frequently had long lines of cars and golf carts backed up behind us because the cart could not go any faster. The orange cart had more power, but its lights did not work, so we were unable to use it at night for the first five days of our stay. After the ceiling leak, my children were uncomfortable using the guest bathroom and did not shower in it for the remainder of the trip. We did not want to risk another leak or have to call maintenance again, so our family was essentially limited to one bathroom. We have vacationed in Destin six times, and this was by far our worst stay—yet it was also the most expensive. We understand that maintenance problems can happen, but having a major water leak and two unreliable golf carts significantly affected our comfort, convenience, and enjoyment of the vacation. Based on the price we paid, we expected the home and included amenities to be safe, functional, and properly inspected before our arrival. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 18 ago. 2026
We apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. The drain in the guest bathtub has been replaced. The headlights on the orange cart were serviced during your stay by a mobile vendor as soon as they were able to come out. We were unaware as to the speed issue with the blue cart as that was not relayed to us, we will get it looked at. We have maintenance on site 7 days a week in case any issues arise so we can correct issues for our guests, so please feel free to call us if there is every an issue in one of our units. We hope that you will be willing to give us another chance.

A Great Get Away!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and check in/check out was incredibly easy with the Hospitality App. The lights on one of the golf carts didn’t work and when we sent in the issue, someone was out to check it out early the next day ( we notified of the issue in the evening) and there was no disruption to our plans. Conveniently located close to the beach, Baytowne Warf and shopping - all accessible by golf cart. The place was clean and well equipped with toiletries and soft goods to get you through long enough to make a trip to the store if needed.

Wonderful time!!

My husband, six year old son and myself stayed in this condo and it was great!!! Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The rental company was super attentive and quickly answered any questions i had and allowed us to stay late on our day of departure! The golf carts were a huge help. Just FYI for families with small children who have to lug a bunch of stuff every time you go to the beach...you drive your golf cart to a path that starts the walk to the beach. The path does get a little long when you’re carrying so many things!! If you’re not having to mess with kids and stuff then it’s probably a breeze! We would def love to stay here again! Got to see lots of lizards, a couple of ducks and other birds out behind the condo!

We had a wonderful week as a family of 5 plus our dog( 13, 16 &16). There was plenty of space for all of us- the 2nd bedroom was perfect for the 3 kids with bunk beds and a full bed. The location is perfect as close to the pool(literally 2 mins or less!), views of the lake and the beach is a 10 min walk or quick golf cart ride away! Our kids were old enough to go out exploring on their own and also as a family with the 2 golf carts provided! The whole Sandestin area is accessible by golf cart or can get to the grocery store by car. We enjoyed daily walks over to Baytowne in the morning and in the golf carts in the evenings for the nightly entertainment! The beach is close by and beautiful anytime of the day! My husband and son golfed several times and loved the courses! There are outlet shops near by, which was fun when we had a rainy day! The only suggestions I can think of are providing beach towels and a few extras in the kitchen like a few more garbage bags and dishwasher packs. Having stayed in plenty of rented places, these little extras do go along way with a renter(again not a terrible negative but a nice touch!) Overall, we would definitely rent again here- the place was extremely clean, quiet and accessible to everything you need while on vacation! Highly recommend!
