very lovely spot. Had many creature comforts, very clean, well decorated and clsoe to everything. Also, very quiet. We loved it!!! Thank you Ryan!

This condo smells VERY musty. I had allergy issues the whole stay. So if you mold allergies do not stay here. The beds do not come made, you are provided the linens and make your own bed. There is only one towel and one washcloth per guest for your entire stay which I find rather inconvenient. There is laundry on the lower level. Kitchen is fully stocked which is nice.

We have stayed here the last 2 Memorial Day weekends. Great place with well stocked kitchen. Beds are comfortable and the living area, dining, sitting, and kitchen provide a great open floorplan feel were you can spread out. The front deck and stairs have just been redone and provide nice outdoor relaxation for coffee in the AM while enjoying the rocking chairs. Great host and communication too!

Awesome house - awesome location!

The location of the property was excellent. We were close to the restaurants and the beach! The house was really cool and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

In the pink at the Pink House

Great location, walking distance to most restaurants on the island, right on the "loop" for a nice walk with beautiful views!

Clean and Convenient

We had a wonderful stay. This property was by far the cleanest beach property we have ever stayed at. We were there Easter weekend and the back yard was perfect for our egg hunt and we had a very short walk to the Easter morning service on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the Pink House

We loved our stay at the Pink House! The house is in a prime location, with ample parking, and has all of the beach gear. Communication with the hosts was great. We had a great week at the beach!

Beautifu!!

This place was amazing!!! The location is great, the beach is right there you walk to it! The apartment is so clean and comfortable. We were very comfortable it worked great!! I would definitely stay there again!!

Captain’s Quarters

Great location! Walkable to beach, restaurants and shops along Lumina. All communication with host was quickly responded to. I was able to rent top floor Eagle’s Nest for additional family members. Everyone enjoyed the vacation, and we will rent again.

Well equipped and spacious living areas.

We had stayed at the 3 bedroom upstairs unit before but enjoyed the downstairs 2 bedroom unit more. It’s more of an open floorplan with more living area to spread out. Kitchen was very well equipped. Our 10 year found the pull out couch very comfortable with a memory type mattress. Great place to vacation!

Some guests prefet the upstairs for the view of the ocean from the porch, it is so nice to have the ease of the very large living room and kitchen. Relaxing Beach Getaway

Had an excellent time in this wonderful rental. The house was very clean and spacious. Located 6 houses from what felt like a private beach and walking distance to restaurants and small grocery store. Owner/property manager were exceptional in their quick response and very accommodating to our request for earlier check-in. Highly recommend this rental. Looking forward to another visit!

Moms vacation

It was a beautifully located house just 50 yards from the beach front. There were a few hiccups during our stay due to cleanliness of the kitchen. The owners and property manager we’re very responsive about the issue. Overall a great place to stay with cute restaurants within walking distance.
