The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking and dining ware, a 4-slice toaster, and a drip coffee maker. There is also a gas grill on the covered dining porch.
Less than 10 miles off the Baxter exit, 7.5 miles to Cookeville Boat Dock, and 25 minutes to Cookeville.
Notes:
Four-wheel drive is not required to get to the house, but good tires are. The driveway is gravel and fairly steep. RVs are not permitted.
Security camera disclosure: Two security cameras are located on the exterior of the home, facing away from the house. One is mounted on the wrap-around porch, facing the upper parking area. The other is mounted under the wrap-around porch, facing the lower parking area. Both cameras record when motion activated and are operational 24/7. There are no interior devices or cameras. Cameras may not be obstructed, moved, or turned off.
Be prepared to be fully surrounded by nature! This means all the wonderful views and sounds, but there are also bugs and critters who share the land.
Property trails are open through fall and winter, but please use extra caution as you walk over the leaves. They hide rocks and small holes and ditches.
Infants and toddlers are welcome in our home. Please note that the home is not baby-proofed though, and there are long flights of stairs both inside and outside.
