Great location. Some quirks but over all Great. Loved the back patio and yard. Still not use to the non cable thing. Had a hard time finding local weather. Hope to book next year.

The best home rental experience we’ve encountered in this area and we’ve been coming to the Leelanau county for years. It’s a hidden gem tucked away in the neighborhood just behind the town of Suttons Bay. We could walk most places, shops, restaurants, the beach and marina. We used all the spaces of the home including the back screened porch. We loved most the large covered porch with its view of the park yet offering a private feeling with the surrounding trees and plants. We will be back!

The house is well kept and convenient to the shops and beach in Suttons Bay, as well as other sites in the Leelenau Peninsula. It might be too close to Dalzell’s Dairy! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the outdoor and beach equipment conveniently located in the garage.

We spent 2 weeks in this wonderful rental and we will return for sure. It was clean, better stocked with pots and pans than maybe any rental I’ve been in, and the benefits to the location can’t be oversold. We walked to the beach in under 5 minutes, ice cream is a 3 minute walk. The grocery store is less than a 5 minute drive. All of Sutton’s Bay shops and restaurants are minutes away on foot. We walked to the bike rental in maybe 7 minutes. When we didn’t want to cook, we walked to dinner easily. The beds are very comfortable. The backyard is pleasant and the tennis/pickle ball court and basketball court feel like an extension of the front yard. The driveway is spacious which allows for easy parking for multiple vehicles. Communication with the owner was easy. I have been coming to the area since 1980 and have been returning with our teenage sons for the past 5 years. This is their favorite rental and we definitely will return!

We stayed to attend a wedding. It was perfect for our needs. Cute place, had all the things we needed for a weekend stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend !oh and there a lot cute shops and restaurants just a short walk away

Fantastic location walking distance to cute downtown Sutton’s Bay. There’s a lot of wineries within a 10 minute drive.

Great location

Great location we could walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The property had everything we needed. It was nice to have a park right outside the front door and a grill in back to cook. The owner was very responsive.

Great location, good value

This was a lovely house in the middle of Suttons Bay and Leelanau wine country. Marie was easy to communicate with and even gave me a special treat for my birthday.

Suttons bay cottage

Wonderful location. Walk to downtown area, great for biking, nice park next door (played some Pickleball. Just a bit dark inside the living room space.

Amazing Location! Great Host!

Great property in the perfect location. About a one-minute walk to downtown Suttons Bay. Short walk to the TART trail. So many attractions within short walk or drive. Host was very responsive. Will absolutely stay again. Thanks Marie!

Location, location, location

The house was in a great location. Easy walking to anywhere in Sutton’s Bay. Also, a short drive to anywhere on the Leelanau Peninsula. Tennis courts right outside the large covered porch. Very enjoyable.
